Here are two U.S. weather satellite photos of the anomalous exhausts on Bennett Island we previously referred to.

The exhaust in the left picture is about 150 miles long, and is nearly horizontal (about 1.5 degrees above the horizontal). It is entirely consistent with the continuous exhaust from a "dumping transfer" scalar EM howitzer in the continuous exothermic mode. (The primary howitzer, of course, was activated in the endothermic mode.)

I think any open-minded investigator must admit that that is indeed a very powerful jet-like exhaust, and not like anything one ever sees from a natural volcano or geological gas vent.

Scientists Dispute Hurricane Blaster Idea

DENVER - It sounds like a great idea: Let's just blast hurricanes like Rita and Katrina out of the sky before they hurt more people. Or, at least weaken the storms and steer them away from cities.

Atmospheric scientists say it's wishful thinking that we could destroy or even influence something as huge and powerful as a hurricane. They abandoned such a quest years ago after more than two decades of inconclusive government-sponsored research.

Private companies have conducted tests on a much smaller scale, but have made little progress despite initially claiming to erase storm clouds from the atmosphere.

"It would be like trying to move a car with a pea shooter," said hydrometeorologist Matthew Kelsch of the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder. "The amount of energy involved in a hurricane is far greater that anything we're going to impart to it."

Although to the meteorlogical world it's usually considered just so ridiculous it's not even worth commenting on

Are we talking about the same people who can't get a 24 hour forecast right? Or the ones that have so little skill that they rely almost stricly on models to do the work for them? Over 20 years ago they were seeding clouds. You don't think things have advanced beyond that? If we can seed clouds 20 years ago on a public level imagine what we can do behind closed doors.

I wonder if Rita hitting between houston and NO means the US has developed a counter-measure ?

This is kind of what Indy was referring to, several of the most recent large hurricanes have exhibited unusual weakening/steering right before landfall.

I emailed Scott some 'cloud' pics taken in my area over the last few days and he responded promptly with the opinion that I was DEFINITELY seeing scalar signatures.

I'm having a hard time understanding the scope of the scalar weapons. Can anyone help me with ;

where these facilities are believed to be located ? Are they in japan, the eastern atlantic ? where ?

That's a good question, obviously HAARP is probably considered one, but as far as other countries, especially Russia, I have no clue. I would imagine the big ones (if they exist!) are underground.
