Of course we can't forget the most nefarious of all, having blocked out the sun, turned a town into a gambling whorehouse, plotted with some of the most sinister of villians for world domination and was so evil, that a tiny infant took it upon herself to shoot him in the chest. Of course, I'm talking about:

Monty Burns.

What about Megatron? I mean, the dude was sinister and could become a huge gun! On top of that, his entire purpose was to force parents into spending large amounts of money on some pretty cool toys for their kids. Not only was he trying to destroy earth in the TV show, but he was trying to destroy parents' bank accounts in real life, too!

Hah, I prefer my villains reality tv style - Boston Rob (of Survivor and The Amazing Race fame). What a brilliant man.

that I personally really enjoy.

Alan Rickman, as Hans Grueber

in that tired, dated movie, "Diehard"

also played "snape" in the Harry Potter "Goodbye to Mr. Chips" send-ups.

Lee Van Cleef, as himself or anyone else, in anything:

De Niro as himself or anyone else, as in "Angel Heart". Played the role of "Louis Cypher." You guessed it.
