It would have to be Megatron from Transformers, or Skeletor from Masters of The Universe...if we're allowed to have cartoons.

Otherwise, its the dreaded Mr Bronson from Grange Hill (a uk high school drama).

Well, I don't know what's worse, someone saying that Ashlee Simpson is the prettiest girl in the world, , or someone saying that Nellie Olsen was one of the best TV villians of all-time.

Trotted out regularly as a bogeyman/villain by the Bush administration's leaks of old "secret tapes" to get you people to react with fear and loathing. Helps with elections. Looks weird, all skinny and too tall with foreign clothes and a towel on his head and a beard and bulging eyes and stuff. Brother to Bush family's best friends in Saudi Arabia.
