all dissenters to the patriot act are clearly in the wrong. The Patriot act was designed to uphold the unspoken flagstone of democracy, but i'll attempt to give it breath. "A citizen may vote on matters of state being a landowner and honored member of the republic" the quote sux but the point is that a citizen is above top brass in matters of military rank. The patriot act might be interpreted as an Act of unification against a common foe protecting bush and his allies while mobilizing the public in unison.

one fact i found interesting was the absence of the public domain in the writing.
It was clearly published on the public domain, it didn't even get an honorable mention.

Well I don't really understand where you are coming from in your reply. Are you being sarcastic with the above post? Or are you being serious?

The PATRIOT Act is nothing but an Enabling Act version 2.0. There is nothing patriotic about it. It destroyed what the US stood for.
