Are we God(s)?

Yes gods in training,these truly our the times to be in.

All of our problems started with Satan and Eve in the Garden of Eden.

God forbade Adam and Eve to eat of the fruit of life. Satan convinced Eve to disobey God and eat the fruit anyways. How did Satan convince Eve to disobey God? Satan convinced Eve to eat the fruit by telling her that the fruit would make her God-like:

"4 And the serpent said to the woman, Ye will not certainly die; 5 but God knows that in the day ye eat of it, your eyes will be opened, and ye will be as God, knowing good and evil. "

All of our problems started when Satan convinced Eve that she could be "as God".

Humans certainly haven't changed any since then. It certainly appears that the human race is going through a cycle. We began by believing we could be gods and we're going to end by believing we can be gods.

It's all just a big circle of life. The world is becoming more spiritual. More and more people are going to believe that they are gods. Our demise began by believing that we can be gods and our demise will still be that we believe that we can be gods.

Mathew 21:

"21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. 27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory."

It's utterly amazing that humans haven't learned anything since Eve. We think we've "evolved". You would think that humans would have learned from Eve's mistake. She disobeyed God and ate of the fruit of life. We have all suffered because of Eve. We are still sufferring. But yet the people on this thread apparently want more suffering.

It's as if you are saying, "Oh please give me more suffering. I don't care that Eve brought suffering to the entire human race just because she thought she could be "as God". I think I can be "as God" too. I'm so much smarter and more "evolved" than Eve was."

I mean this thread is all the evidence you really need that God is the only hope for the human race.

I have to speak up here.. This has errors all through it.. Who says Satan was in the Garden? where does it say this? And woman didnt eat from the tree of life.. It was the tree of knowledge of good an evil.. to be able to tell right from wrong... is that so bad..?and where does it say we all suffer from eve??? ( btw she was not eve until after they partook of the tree and where both thrown out)... and Didnt God also say " Man has become as one of US" we became as the Gods.... The Serpent, who means wisdom, did not Lie, you have been brainwashed to believe this. The serpent told woman exactly what would happen, you will become like GOD to know right from wrong.( they became equal to God, this my friend is why he threw them out of the garden) This is not a sin, where does it say this? The Serpent taught Immortality to the woman who taught this to man. Its the same thing that Jesus taught. and if you think about it This God is the one who cursed Man to death... In revelations The Curse is removed. He told Adam " you will surely Die" The Serpent told Woman " you will not surley Die" he taught Immortality, thats all. I dont see A sin in this, do you?

Ok, I was wrong about a few things in my post...Gen 3verse 23-24 the LORD GOD sent HIM forth from the Garden. ( not the woman) and in 24 it say he drove out the MAN...I suppose woman gets to stay?
and in Gen 5 verse 2 He called THEIR name ADAM. so he meets eve after he`s kicked out? Thats what it says.....

Well, we do believe that we are sadly often...

If we are like the gods and are not perfect, then that means the Gods were not perfect ???? I mean if we are in their image? you mean I have faults!!!

'Sin' is the refusal to hearken to our Creator's name.
It was a necessary 'evil' for an all-important learning experience.
What is termed in an earlier post as 'all our problems' is, in reality, the actual 'digestion' of the fruit of that tree of the knowledge of good and evil (read:light and lack thereof--darkness).

It might be hard to eat, but it's sure nutritious for your mind!

Then, when we're finished digesting, we'll finally get to taste that tree of life.

You can't become a son of God until you realize without a doubt that you are not God, Himself.

A 'son' is a 'builder of the family name.' Adopted 'sons of Gods' are gods and God is God--and the only begotten Son of God is our LORD.

It's kind of like God is the highest ranking General, Christ is the Captain and Head over all trrops underneath. Then there are the magistrates (or princes, etc) who are under him to administer God's law with Him.

I hear it's not a bad position at all--no need for retirement and the 'yoke is light', with God providing all necessary provisions ad infinitum.

You get the cart before the horse challenging a creation to create a creator(the universe) ....

The author is indeed correct, Elohim were a bunch of Elohim scientists, most likely led by Lucifer himself ....

In a few centuries we will have evolved into an EXACT replica of them... Which means we WILL BE Elohim ,,,,, Or as the bible called them GOD ....
