I heard today that the reason electric trucks were chosen in both terror events...is that terrorists know that electric vehicles are much harder to put out when on fire...in turn eliminating more evidence and tying down more personnel.

The remaining IED in the New Orleans truck was likely meant to eventually explode the vehicle.

If the FBI wanted to take even the remotest step in the direction of gaining the public's trust, they'd publish the findings of the last year's worth of rentals on both of those vehicles, and the legal status of those renting them.

I read through Turo's terms earlier this morning, and that's a criminal's dream. Very little ID required, no proof of citizenship, insurance built into the rates so un-insurable people don't have to worry. I'd bet that's a goldmine of criminal activity!

Hmmm, this is not suspicious at all as Las Vegas police officers identified the suspect by a military ID and guess what a passport that was found in the vehicle because “the body was burned beyond recognition”…..
