And Here Come the Excuses!!

So, as we've all seen, a suspect in the UHC CEO assassination has been apprehended. (Good!) Now, not even 12 hours later, the excuses start rolling in. 'He had a traumatic back surgery'...'he was in agonizing pain'...'he never fully recovered from his surgery'...etc, etc. ...AND you can expect to hear plenty more of that in the coming days. The message? "IT WASN'T HIS FAULT! In fact, it was everyone ELSE'S fault BUT his!!" (ad nauseum).

Here's the part(s) which pisses me off about this:

1.) It distracts the whole storyline away from the truth of what really happened.

2.) It shelters those behind the real story from being investigated

3.) It turns this murder into some sappy personal tragedy story, all while the real evil perpetrators 'slither' away once again!

The story should stay focused on the real injustices here:

a.) An organized and planned assassination. Who was behind it...ALL of them?

b.) Insider trading on Wall St (which affects every one of us, whether you think so or not). Who was involved? Who benefited from it? Who knew about it? What was Pelosi's involvement?

c.) Who provided the advance intel to the shooter? Where did they get this intel? Who collected it?

Today's liberal society has lost their minds. Just look at the face of it! Daniel Penny is a monster because he subdued a drug crazed thug on the subway who just happened to die as a result, BUT this shooter is a hero who should be forgiven for murdering someone in broad daylight because of his traumatic surgery (Boo-hoo). Oh, and the guy deserved to die because he works for the evil insurance world. (WRONG!)

Every criminal has a story and their ""reasons"" to justify their acts of depravity.

Dont change the fact that the A1 nutball committed premeditated murder.

Lock it up and fling away the key, it's dangerous and mentally unstable.

As to his back problems, well where he's going, they have only just begun.

There is more than just him at play here. He had ZERO motivation to even go down this path in thought much less actually do it for real. His rich liberal parents paid for everything including back surgery, so he has had ZERO experience with ANY insurance company his whole life.

It doesn't make any sense to look at this and just have only him in the picture since there is no connection. Everyone quickly came out with their insurance war stories as reasons, well until we found out his family OWNs several high end country clubs. This is as bad as trying to connect the dots if he decided out of the blue he hated Trump because he hasn't played at one of his family's courses...

I just read on FOX that he's been charged with "2nd Degree Murder" WHAT? Why only 2nd degree murder?????

This guy lay in wait, and then walked up to a person on the street, drew a firearm and shot him dead. I don't know how you can get much more "intent" than that! This should be 1st Degree Murder...all the way!!

Totally agree there is more going on here than just some 'misguided and wronged' 26 year old having a mental break! Thus the point of my OP.

There's a lot more to this story than is being released, and we can't allow it to turn into some personal tragedy story to cover up the real story.

I don't think criminals care about "the man". Also, who knows what rich people would do when one of their own is taken out like this. A pack of cigs goes a long way, so think what 20k would buy.

I think it’s going to be a broad spectrum of people trying to understand his actions vs excuse them.

I don’t see the insider trading angle. He would have gotten a slap on the wrist, maybe a fine for that (which isn’t right). Nancy wouldn’t even get a slap on the wrist. Policymakers openly inside trade. Not even a secret.

a.) Assassination attempt on Trump in PA. Shooter in a commercial for Blackrock.

b.) Assassination attempt on Trump in FL. Shooter from Hawaii.

c.) UHC CEO under investigation for insider trading on Wall St.

d.) UHC CEO assassinated.

e.) Shooter apprehended in PA. Formerly living in Hawaii. Reported missing in SF by family (Pelosi's district)

It’s unfortunately a pretty common thing in the corporate world.

For Nancy nothing would come from it. Again, lawmakers openly inside trade. None of them have gotten in trouble for it, what’s different about this case?
