There are countless people who paid the premiums all through adulthood only to have to fight for their lives because of sickness or injury. No one talks about the full time job it is to navigate the insurance company during that time you’re in the most vulnerable state.

You don’t talk about it afterwards because it just brings back such a dark moment. And often, you just had a big loss, and the last thing you want to think about is how cold the machine of a system is, and how hard it is for people to navigate. Often your chances of success in health is based off of how fast you can learn the system in that moment.

So when people have a visceral reaction to that system, I can understand and even say their feelings on it are valid.

To me, it’s important to see validity in sentiment, or else you don’t truly have a pulse on where society is at.

People can often be valid, and their actions wrong. That’s where the slippery slopes happen.

Because not all insurance companies are as bad as UHG. Some have comparably priced premiums and don’t force you to use hospitals and doctors in their company so they can double dip. Are those hospitals and doctors cheaper because the company vertically integrated (the argument for massive corporations)? No. Are their denial rates better than the industry standard? No, they’re the worst.

But if people get sucked into this line of vigilantism, where does it end? What’s next, Amazon, Disney, McDonald’s? Those are all companies you can just not use. That’s not fixing anything.

I dont get the anger at the insurance companies... congress could force them with a quickness to not be horrible people.

They dont, they wrote the laws that allowed this to happen, the guy (insider trading aside) played the game by the rules congress put in place, the anger should be at the house and senate and the members of each body that have been in office 40 years allowing practices like the dead guys company used.

Well to be fair it was the insurance companies that drafted the legislation and congress only robosigned it. Remember we must pass the regulations to understand them. She wasn't lying that one time.

They both deservingly earned the hate

Havent gone through all the pages but browsed them and saw no mention of the videos the shooter uploaded to his youtube account right before they scrubbed them all .

He also had an X account that got removed but then was brought back online not to long ago but the others are still down.

On youtube he posted a video that stated if you are seeing this then it means I have been arrested . A second video came out that

Then he posted this but his account was taken down before the countdown finished. Which translate to "Hello World"

Food for thought..

More is known about this CEO Assassin in 5 days, than has been learned about Trump's would be assassin (Thomas Crooks) in 5 months.

Or are indifferent to the Biden FDA telling Pfizer its OK to adjust the vaccine formula without getting approval. (After that OK is when the Vaccine injuries/deaths commenced.)

Plot twist: you're right, and now you're suspect #1.

Does Luigi Mangione seem like the type who can stand up to torture? You just know law enforcement is doing whatever is necessary to get him to explain what he's hinting at, at the end of the little teaser video.

can't always go by looks. Looking at how strong their believes are can often be a better indicator of how determine they are and what they can and are willing to stand up too.

He doesn't look like the type or have the background to kill someone either , yet he supposedly did. Assuming that is the real shooter.

Good points! I was impressed by how calm and thoroughly he carried out the execution. Real professional.

Guy that was killed was going to testify against Pelosi in an insider trading deal since he was already going down for it.

Wonder what that's all about. "Insurance" maybe?

What does he know?

Unfortunately senators and congressmen don’t get in trouble for insider trading.

Go look up how many sold huge positions ahead of COVID, and how many made money during the recovery.

Dude could have testified against her, and absolutely nothing would have happened. There wouldn’t even have been a media cycle on it because everyone knows she’d been doing it for years.
