My family has native ancestry and my grandfather was born near The Four Corners.

I've recently been looking into a lot of Pre-Colombian history and folklore. Seems like portals and caves and paranormal are the norm in some tribes.

Seems like some Native peoples also experience things like UFOs, orbs, abduction at higher rates too.

I have a theory but I'll hold my pingas.

That one always fascinated me: the Fatima thing. Check out L.A. Marzulli and his Fatima research - scary stuff. In my car and so writing is limited. I think there are lots of answered in his work and it seems to tie in with the Nepal I’m, ancient fallen angel knowledge/technology and that they are searching for lost knowledge or planning some type of return which also factors into the various comments on here (“They” being someone of today). a reply to: onestonemonkey

Just read a book called Orbital. Quite the story. Very philosophical, although the author is adamant her novel isn’t sci-fi. I’d like to hear why. It’s about astronauts.

There a family rumor that one of my ancestors was a wife of Tunchemsea. She and another girl from a different family were given over in a trade deal. Different times back then, different traditions. I know a little about how many young girls go missing from reservations each year, and all the concerns of the families involved. I almost got lost once driving home to see my famil after five years study at the University. I missed my exit and the next thing I know I'm in Tiajuana, asking and armedguard at a border crossing how to get back to the states.

Very twisty turvy and convoluted town Tiajuana is.

Took a matter of sexonds to get in and several hours to find my way back out.

I was extremely lucky I made it back.

Semi-related: it’s been documented that the cartels are making inroads to reservations and furthermore seeking “relationships” with women there to get a foothold in an outpost the US has a hard time negotiating as far as trafficking goes.

I fish all around Dulce and the 4corners area often and if you want to experience high strangeness; this is the place to do it. It seems like every trip I make up there, some kind of WTF event happens. The entire area is 'odd' but especially in the San Luis valley.

I saw a portal in the woods once.
I threw a rock through it. Someone (or something?) yelled OW! and yelled back at me in some gibberish language.

I ran away, scared.

All seriousness aside, I did have a weird experience on a hiking trip once. Something so weird I can only speculate it was time slip. I am not sure I believe in time slips, but I have no other explanation. A 5 year old forest fire burn scar and a hiking trail disappeared, and a tree got smaller. The next day everything was back to normal. No drugs or alcohol involved.
