Well, being a Christian white nationalist should be all that's needed to disqualify him. I've read his political positions and he really comes off as a complete bastard who hates anyone who is non white or even slightly to the left of him. Democrats, Liberals, and Corrupt Republicans don't want Pete for Secretary of Defense, which makes him 110% qualified on that basis alone.

Your also not a citizen of the United States, but your still welcome to an opinion. I would have to agree that if the supposed professionals in our government that have continued to fail at their job and failed to carry out the will of the people are afraid of him it makes me more curious as to how well he will perform. I don't feel he's some sort white supremacist and his faith in God is probably a good thing. I understand some may view it as a negative trait but that is a whole other argument that neither side will win at. Let's give him and the others a chance, they can't do worse then the current people in those positions.

It was really hard for me to understand why Senator Joni Ernst a fellow (lady) combat veteran, would be so against Mr. Hegseth as Defense Secretary. But due to "pressure" from MAGA-land, she's now come around...

On Sunday, she announced plans to meet with Hegseth but remained vague on whether she would vote to confirm him.

On Monday, Ernst met with Hegseth in what Hegseth described as a “very good meeting.”

Side Note: I really hate how the term RINO is thrown around by the MAGA community without thinking carefully about what the term means. These so-called "RINO"s vote mostly with Republicans. They just are not MAGA-PAF Republicans. But they are still Republicans. The traditional, legacy, version of the GOP.

A reporter ambushed Pete Hegseth about the CNN report and he immediately shut them down.

“I don’t feel the need to respond to CNN,” Hegseth said.

The reporter kept pressing Hegseth so he shut her down.

“Did you hear what I said there?” Hegseth said.
