If a president issues a pardon, but fails to deliver it, then it won’t take effect. This implies that a new president or the one that issued the pardon can revoke it.

It's hard to imagine anyone in history being as corrupted as Joe Biden, with the further pardons being floated. A heinous abuse of the presidential pardon. Imagine the SOB pardoning an entire regime of criminals, senators, reps, appointed positions, you name it.

I knew he was capable and likely to do great damage, but seeing it happen is another thing entirely. The magnitude of what dirty Joe is doing or planning is really mind boggling.

It won't fly. Even if he does it, it isn't going to play well for all involved.
