Could he?

Just say, you're pardoned?

What would that do to deportation? ICE? The gang and cartel infiltration to our country?

Just blanket pardon every illegal in the nation.

Could anyone fight it?

It's presidential.

A federal pardon in the United States is the action of the President of the United States that completely sets aside the punishment for a federal crime. The authority to take such action is granted to the president by Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution1. The president’s pardon power is based on Article II of the Constitution which says, “…he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment"2.

And when asked if this is something Joe had considered, he simply replied" cut the turkey? Cut the turkey? I cut the cheese, I can cut the turkey!

Isn't that basically what Reagan did with that 1980s amnesty plan?

What worries me is that Biden could have already done that, pardoning the illegals, and not even remember doing it. Though to be fare it looks like Jill might have pushed Joe to pardon Hunter, and I heard Jill isn't too fond of non-whites.

After Hunter got his pardon, I heard what I thought was a sky quake, but turned out to be Hillary grinding her teeth over Joe not giving her a pardon. Poor Joe, he doesn't even know how much trouble he's in.

On a more serious note, it looks like this pardon is worthless given that it's only good in the US and a lot of people might have a different opinion of Hunters involvement in the money used to fund the Maidan Revolution in Ukraine back in 2014.

No, because a presidential pardon has to be associated with a name. Without a name it's invalid.

Think about it. If this wasn't the case, then a president could pardon everyone in the world, empty every prison on Earth. "I pardon every wrongdoer on planet Earth for every crime they ever committed and every crime they will ever commit" Remember, these people are not "citizens".

If that were the case, then the US president could effectively create Anarchy in one stroke of the pen.

I wouldn't put it past Biden, but no, he can't do that (thankfully).

I think the President can only pardon current American citizens.

Straight from the Constitution

Section 2

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Bold is mine

He's already granted amnesty to over half a million illegal aliens, and it doesn't matter whether the things he does are legal or not.

He ignored the SCOTUS ruling on the border AND college student loans.

he has 50 days left to burn the country in as many ways as possible, and I ecpect he'll take full advantage of that time.

Guess what. He probably legally can. GET READY Suckers this mental case is the most dangerous sitting President in History❗️❗️

Pardoning Immigrants

This Article explores the novel concept of a civil immigration pardon. Specifically, it closely examines the language and drafting history of the Pardon Clause, exhaustively reviews early and modern pardon practice and jurisprudence, and considers whether a President could, consistent with the Constitution, use that power to protect some of the largest categories of noncitizens currently at risk of deportation.

Ultimately, it argues that the President possesses the constitutional authority to categorically pardon broad classes of immigrants for civil violations of the immigration laws and to thereby provide durable and permanent protections against deportation. As millions of noncitizens and their families face a historically unprecedented wave of deportations and as traditional mechanisms for policymaking continue to fail, the immigration pardon offers an important tool for future Presidents to forgive the civil offenses that result in some of the harshest penalties in our nation’s justice system.

What is the point to him granting amnesty to 20m illegals...if they can't vote for him?
Better strategy is to step down and let Kamala quickly do it. That way she can run again and win in 4 years.

With their penchant for ignoring laws I would think it only a matter of time before they get busted and deported once Trump takes office....cartel and gang members can go first.

To make sure Trump has the biggest disaster ever left for an incoming POTUS. There seems to be nothing more vengeful than a liberal who lost a fare fight.

Biden wants his magic wand to be bigger than Obama's.

Barack Hussein Obama granted amnesty to 5 million U.S. law breakers ( time.com... ).

Biden will add another 10 million receiving amnesty, work permits, Medicaid, etc..

FYI: Joe Biden never was as mentally wrecked, as coup plotters Pelosi, Obama, Schumer, Kamala, and Special Counsel Robert Hur said he was. (He's made his upcoming 2025 indictment all the more easier now!)

I'm not convinced. I've known people with advanced dementia who have moments of lucidity, which can mask how bad off they are to a lot of people-but you can't hide the shuffling gait that comes with it.

Since the July 21st coup, Joe Biden has been more productive and active and coherent, than he has been over the preceding 10 months, or so.

His overseas trips and summit meetings were "normal". His meeting with Donald Trump was "normal". He pardoned Hunter and issued a "normal" statement. And more...

Joseph Robinette Biden, jr. is a NORMAL crook.

If I were trump and biden did try to pardon all illegals, I would say damn the pardon and start the deportations. Let the courts figure it out. That alone will probably be litigated for the next 2 years at the least.

We have already become a constitutionally bankrupt and lawless nation. Start the deportations and the devil be damned.
