carter wasn't bad because of his deeds, he was bad because he was to kind hearted, and indecisive.
the only one comparable in the last 45 years as far as being a crooked SOB is clinton,

no matter what people say remember waco, that's when the iron fist U.S. government really started well maybe ruby ridge could be seen that way to , another thing clinton started, which obama and yes bush both used is extraordinary rendition.

i got no problem with squeezing a terrorist nuts until he screams and spills the beans, but just snatching somebody up because they are suspected a terrorist without cold hard facts is something all together different. clinton started that sh@@.

Months ago, I told a group of liberals I know I would bet 100 bucks joking that Biden will do a full pardon of Hunter. One said they would bet 10,000 he wouldn't. Yesterday when I jokingly asked them if they wanted my cash app for payment they freaked out and turned the topic to all of Trump's crimes and how I'm a sleaze bag for trying to get money out of them. When I said I'm joking, but you still need to talk about Biden doing the unthinkable... They still kept to Trump and me...lol

They would not touch it with a ten-foot pole, but holy hell if Trump tried that with one of his sons...

Furthermore, Biden is setting the stage for upcoming Trump pardons to be non-contestable.

Joe's pardon of Hunter can NOT be overturned: abcnews.go.com...

Thank-you Joe!

Liberal Comedians are too dumb to understand what Joe is doing to their already tarnished "brand".

A REAL-LIFE LESSON FOR ALL...both Liberals and Conservatives.

By experiencing 2021 thru 2024, we have learned that...

A U.S. President can pretty much do whatever he/she wants to do, and nobody but the U.S. Supreme Court can stop him/her.

The U.S. Supreme Court says nothing a President does in an official capacity can be treated as illegal or criminal...now or after he/she is out of office.

REMEMBER THE ABOVE AFTER 1/20/2025, when Democrats and Media start whining about any actions ordered by President Trump, or Trump-approved actions taken by members of his administration.

They'll say it tomorrow if the opportunity arises, remember when it comes to them it's not the same and they'll tell how to think about it correctly.

Biden's press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told another WHOPPER LIE for her boss again yesterday.

"He didn't decide to pardon Hunter until this weekend!, she exclaimed.

KJP is a liar who doesn't care that most people know she's lying: dailycaller.com...

With MSNBC going down the tubes, where will this professional liberal liar go?

Some women on a radio show a few months again claimed what parent wouldn’t pardon their child? Read into my statement what you will.

The problem is Joe repeatedly said he wouldn’t.

I can categorically assure you if I were in that situation my parents would never pardon me and nor would I pardon my daughter or grandson.
Forgive them yes and only under exceptional circumstances would I desert or abandon them, but not pardon them.

A leader should lead and act with integrity.

I was always taught if you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
I've always stood up and accepted responsibility for all the things I've been found guilty of, I'd be thoroughly ashamed of myself if I was to put my parents integrity in question as a result of my own wrongdoing.

Did Joe Biden and his legal team screw this up like Joe screwed up everything else he has ever been involved with? It sure looks that way.
sounds like Joe screwed up

Also, if he lies under oath then off to jail. Does this immunity cover anything Hunter did in the last 10 years like having sex with a minor etc?

When has it not been this way? The key wording is "in an official capacity" and that is something the liberals just cannot comprehend. If it wasn't this way then Obama, Bush, and Clinton would all be in jail as just a start.

And let's hope that's what Trump was banking on IF this was some sort of deal Trump Biden did when they met in the WH.
Time will tell.

Well, I think Scott Jennings makes an excellent point here, I doubt Trump was down with this. But like you said, time will tell.
Great point!!

Future crimes not yet discovered or sentenced for do not exist in the court system and legal realm. To apply a pardon to that which does not exist is a "divide by zero" invalid application of the action.

The structural intent behind the legal action defined as a "pardon" at the time the Constitution was framed is most critical in determining the validity of its application. In the 18th century, a pardon was designed for forgiving one crime one person was convicted of and typically already serving the sentence for it, and any directly associated misdemeanors.
