Kids can afford their own phones if they get a cheap one, or borrow them from friends. And pre-teenagers can easily work around parental monitoring. The internet is everywhere and on nearly every gadget. Most school curricula these day require students have internet capable computing devices.

There have been studies in the rise of children sexual predators who are more mature than their peers introducing them to internet pornography and hwo to make money on certain sites by providing self made CP using the camera on phones and how to install Cash Apps to recieve funds and other sites where they can organize in person meetings with Pedophiles offline without their parents knowledge for underage prostitution rings run by the children themselves without any parental knowledge of what is going on in certain houses with or without a parent present.

This was in the days of flip phones, and the internet was still in it's infancy as far as connectivity went, but these children were able to run a house of ill repute with just a flip phone and their friends contact numbers in the city. Young men would show up at all hours, the older boys would pimp out their sisters and the younger girls to their friends and associates and after they established their clientele and began broadening their horizons and "expanding their buisness" to more casual aquantences in that age demographic (once again the clientele remained young men ages 13-20) the more we'd see flashing blue and red lights responding to calls from neighbors about the amount of noise and foot traffic in and out of the house with young men coming and going at all hours of the day and night.

I was living in the basement of my residence at the time studying for school and working full time and my window didn't face the house or street so I missed the majority of the drama unfold and slept through the majority of police response because back them I was so exhausted after a day/nights work I'd even sleep through gang gunfire in the neighborhood, most of my knowledge of this situation came from my roomates with windows on the second floor, but eventually the prostitution ring turned violent and a full squad arrived to take the children into protective custody and an attempt to find their parents and hold them accountable for thei childrens welfare became an imperative.

Based on what we found out through world of mouth, once they started expanding the clientele several of the young girls got pregnant (if you've ever seen a pregnant twelve year old it's heartbreaking) and were at various stages of carrying the children to term and the "new clientele" were getting rough with them and refusign to wear condoms because the girls were already knocked up, sme of the young girls had given some of the clients various STD's from multiple parners who prefered to abstain from using birth control, and a gang of guys was pissed and hell bent on revenge for getting STD and showed up with several firearms one night to exact revenge.

Fortunately, to the bes tof my knowledge no one was killed, but the sheer amount of warning shots fired was enough to warrant nine patrol units to respond and clear the residence,as they had enough welfare checks on the property over a nine month stretch to confirm it was indeed an underage prosutution ring orchestrated by the older males and brothers of the young girls in question.

There was never any follow up on the situation so knowing Seattle and the policies of the lcoal Planned Parenthood in the District, it's safe to assume the girls got treated for their STD's and some neonatal care (the location didn't provide abortions in case you're curious) adn its' safe to assume the girls were either reunited with Family or placed into a residence for young mothers to carry out their pregancies under the watchful eye of concerned citizens in the area.

The young men were taken into a juvienlle detention facillity or jail adn that's about the extent of my knowledge on that particular siuation.

Mind you, this entire situation occurred because of five young men pooling resources through whatever means to afford a nice for bedroom two story home when rents ran about $1200 a month for such a property at that location.

There was never any article in the local papers about the incident, and were it not for the testimony of my roomates and neighbors, I would have as many details as I do to share here now.

Anyway, long story short, sexual groomers come in all sorts of guises, and if a phone has a camera, even a flip phone, it is a small enough device to hide inconspicously from a parent, kids are skillful and adept liars when confronted with authority figures, and the grooming and prostitution can start at something as innocent as a sleepover at a friends house.

This is one reason people went AWOL over thatparticular childrens book in public schools teaching young men how to have anal sex and use grindr for hookups with older men. There aren't any proactive measures to insure the user of the app is of age, and even if ID's become mandatory for such types of high profile apps, forgeries are easy to create using digital editing and photoshop, world travels fast amoungst the kids and their social netowrks of "underground" and lesser known apps, and children, if caught with a sudeen influx of toys or new clothing or makeup can always lie their little heads off and say it was an hand me down and a present from their best friend at the last sleepover party.

Most parents will accept such an explanation at face value because a lot of kids are good at putting on the big ol' innocent puppy dogs eyes and feiging angelic innocence in the face of parental involvement, espcially single mothers who are usually run ragged trying to maintain a house full of kids, manage her own dating life, fix and preapre meals and keep the house tidy.

I have similar stories from my time in a low income apartment with neighbors in Arkansas, so the spread and scope of the epidemic is widespread....and I haven't even begin to touch on how the upscale suburban landscape is being infected by similar child porn production and online solicitations of chldren BY THE PARENTS THEMSELVES.

Anyway, to reiterate my main point, even a handmedown flip phone can fall into the hands of a child, and with the right "friend" a child as young as eight can learn to use the right links, keyword and camera to create and distribute child porn to a very LARGE demographic of interested parties. I don't know where you went to school, but when I went to school and there was after school practice, it was always led by actual faculty members of said school. And they always had keys to get into their offices, ergo, the school. And as I recall, the coach always had a phone in his office. He didn't mind us using it to call our parents. So, why would I need more time to read what you said, when I already knew what I was talking about? Just where did you go to school? And what era? Maybe it wasn't in America like I was used to?

I would guess that's the whole point.

And yes, they do suffer from an increasingly authoritarian government......it may be their own fault, but from what I've read, it stems from their form of government, which I truly don't understand. I also suspect that the "appearance" of an overly authoritarian Australian government is intentionally projected to discourage white Americans from moving to Oz even as the government of OZ embraces immigration policies to replace their own "white" population.

Ultimately of course, the Chinese will own, operate and control Australia which at that point will more resemble a Gulag than a real country.

Did you ever stop to think that different schools are going to have different ways of doing things? What a novel idea....

We had access to the locker rooms, no offices, no access to the school after hours, that was it. No phones to get to, no offices to go sit in, we put our things away and waited outside for our rides.

That's a truly sad situation and a sign that police, neighbours, estate agents, and social services were letting the community down.

This is not about kids at all. The new law is an attempt to monitor the online activity of adults. The social media will now have to set up an age verification procedure which will force the users to either send the scans of their ID documents, give the details of their credit cards or whatever that will allow the big tech to collect their personal data that can later be passed on to the authorities. This is the end of privacy and the beginning of total surveillance. Not to mention that it raises the security concerns. If people have their accounts compromised, the cyber criminals will have all the sensitive data. But screw that. The most important thing is that the citizens will be completely transparent to their nanny state.

The narrative about protecting kids is a fairy tale for the naive. It's the same narrative Erdogan used to fight the opposition in Turkey. It all started with hunting down the supposed pedophiles all over the internet. It ended with banning the legitimate websites, closing newspapers and jailing journalists that dared to criticize the government.

Censorship is a sign when the country is on the way to become crappy authoritarian regime. Censoring the internet is just the beginning.

It was one of the reason for the push for sex education in Kindergarten. This is this that is that. If anyone tries to touch you in these places and tells to you keep a secret, tell a trusted adult immediately.

Children are innocent, we still have poloroids of co-ed bath time with a childhood playmate when I was around two. Both of our mothers oversaw the bathtime of us looking up quizzically at the camera when they prompted us to "smile!" and snapped the photo.

But back to the point....children who are uncommonly intellgent (usually very verbal and well spoken and wise beyond their years) will invite their friend over for a sleepover, and the start sexualizing their target slowly, the last known statistics I was privy to was 1 in every 4 girls being subejct to grooming by a peer or family member, and 1 in 10 boys by the age of Ten at sleepovers with only two participants present.

Classification of child porn varies due to the nature of the images produced. And most young men get exposed to girly mags and pronography earlier than young girls. Most young women are too naive to understand what's going on or how allowing such photographs can make the rounds faster than the speed of light, but most of the imagery focuses on the formation of the structure of the genetalia exclusively at first, and and maybe a promt by the photographer to lie in a pose and pretend to be a princess or other femeale centric fantasies of beauty, and regardless of the age of the model, as long as theirs no digital pentration of the genetalia and seductive "come hither" sexual overtones, the majority just view it as innocent nudes, like the paintings of cherubs and loosely draped women in certain forms of art.

When a child under a certain age is asked to pose in a "come hither" seductive pose for the Lolita crowd, the photos are classified as "sexually suggestive" and fall into a different category...girls who show talent at a young age gain noteriety and a cult following in the CP Market, and she devolps a cult following of horny men waiting eagerly for the next photoshoot as she gets older. Her handlers make a tidy profit from this, and time goes on, more photos are produced inthe privacy of the home and so on and so forth, there are forums filled with fanbases saying the most grotesque things about how they "can't wait until she turns 18" and all the things they want plan to to to her, and others like her.

These sites are usually underground on the internet and it's not wise to spend too much time there, it can be quite sickening, but "boys will be boys" and men can be rather drude when it comes to women and sexual conquests. It's usually ignored for the most part because the families that "model" their daughters in this fashion (beauty agents included) are usually high society and well to do in gated communities and upscale neighborhood with a security patrol and home security to insure the child is not abducted.

As long as there's not any phallic penetration of children under the age of consent, most law enforcement turns a blind eye because "no harm no foul no illegal use of hand of phallus".

Then there are layers of Child pronography that would infurate any decent fatehr beyond all reason or sanity and enrage even the most stoic and reasonable human being. Such was the case here in Arkansas of Josh Duggar, who had a hidden drive of child porn and ebcame enraptured enough by a violent rape of a three year old girl that was filmed real time. He decided he liked the idea of the young girl wailing in pain from the brutal violation so much he downlaoded a copy of the video to his secret harddrive.

That's when the FED's came at him with all they had and he wound up incarcerated and bail denied until 2032 for rehabilitation.

Everyone following the case of the Reality TV show stars was aware of the claims by the daughters of sexual abuse by thei brothers, but everyone turned a blind eye and just shook their heads, others became enraged, many are celebrating the Father that allowed such things to happen in his household finally got his due comeuppance.

Anyway, back to the point....there are different classifcations of child pornography and different fetishes for different men, and as the old joke goes "the internet was made for porn". Even OnlyFans is being screenshotted and distributed for free without the consent of the model, and last I heard there are some teirs where adult of legal age can upload full videos for a fee.

The dangers with excessive pornography viewing (and especially underage fetishes) is that it canhave a negative effect on the frontal lobe of the porn addict, causing it to atrophy and affects the higher logic processing centers. Some men with violent rape fantasies who constant seek out child rape videos of nderage children or even rape and snuff films can get ot he point where just viewing such things is not longer enough to satisfy their desires and they start makigng plans to stake out the homes of their "model of choice" and the unthinkable happens. Child abduction, rape and murder and many of them aren't filmed for posterirty and distrobution.

But those are extreme cases.

The majority of vchild pornographers are content to sit at home and photoshop dicks over the image of a child innocently eating a hotdog or paying whatever fee an OnlyFans model charges for "exclusive content".

Many child porn addicts hate themselves and hate going back to the genre over and over again because they know the child is underage, but they can't explain their compulsions to seek out certain imagery. The younger "lolicon" generation is content with hentai and animated cartoons.
