I don't think the video in the OP is drones.

If the location of the video matches the accents then the two incidents are about 170 miles apart, less as the crow flies. There haven't been any similar reports of drones lately from any of the RAF bases in Yorkshire (that I am aware of).

I feel the only commonality is the UK. Otherwise, two distinct and seperate incidents.

Do we have a date when the OP video was taken? Not sure if it was mentioned and I missed it, or it wasn't mentioned at all???

I've asked myself all those questions and have come to much the same conclusions you have.

There's only one or two possible explanations left as to why the Aliens, (Extraterrestrial Bioligical Entities) might be visiting this planet. One is that they are travelling using "portals", either inter deminsional portals or worm hole type portals and therefore aren't really "visiting" but rather, passing through on their way to somewhere else. The observations at Skinwalker Ranch seem to support the portal theory.

The second best explanation, to my mind, is that they "assuming" they're here and hanging about, that they are merely observing and experimenting (cattle mutilations).

Other than that, I have no viable explanation to address your observations.
