First, there is nothing special here to discuss. A man was elected to Congress. He is not a woman. He is still a biological man. His name is Sarah McBride. Might want to look him up this is for a reason. They were groomed for this. This is what the left would commit political suicide for.

Mace announced Monday she would introduce a resolution to ban transgender women (biological men) from using biological women’s restrooms at the U.S. Capitol. Johnson, during Tuesday morning’s weekly House Republican Conference meeting, said transgender women won’t be allowed to use women’s restrooms in the Capitol, Politico reported.

“He said there’s not going to be any biological men using our restrooms,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told Politico. Mace confirmed Greene’s account, telling Axios that Johnson “said to me last night that he would include it in House Rules.”

I hope this distraction stays in the news cycle along with everyone saying "Trump cannot have a mandate"...but Congressman McBride can...

I don't care what someone wants to "identify" as, that does not give them the right to intrude into any space that belongs to those who retain the identity they were born with!

If you transition, and you have surgery, and you legally change your name/etc....I can accept that. However, what I cannot accept is people dressing in bad drag and saying Im a woman...Im a woman.

I sent a message to my Congresspersons and Senator to please prepare the following bill to be introduced ASAP after Trump is sworn in:

Legally declare a woman is a person with XX chromones.
Legally declare a man is a person with XY chromosomes.
Legally declare those with chromosomal patterns outside the scientifically normal XX/XY combination to be assigned a legal sex at birth by an MD, and be allowed to change their legal designation of sex one time once they are over the age of 18.
Social gender choices are not to be used in any legal definition/law/regulation as equal to scientific biological designation at birth or the word woman or man for any legal purpose.
States are free to make separate legislation concerning social gender choices as long as they do not infringe on the right to bodily privacy of women or men. Does not infringe on the bodily safety of women or men. Does not infringe on Title 9 or other laws meant to give equal rights and protection to women.

Feel free to copy and paste this in a message to Congresspeople, Senators, etc.

In 1998 a retired E-8 decided to transition to female. He/She still used the men's room, and no one cared. We are talking hardcore military men really didn't care. Maybe 10 seconds of curiosity seeing a man with a bra, but after that nothing. This leads to ask what the reason is, and it is really to force people into their delusions on a reality level. I think most trans get it, as in allowing them into the women's restrooms/lockers opens up the door for abuse of that "new" change, and that abuse of the system is in an area where women are most vulnerable.

This should be done Immediately.

But it was a transition. In 1998 I worked at a software company who was so progressive paid for the transition of one of the employees. When 'she' came into the bathroom none of us cared (well one person said something) and she actually fully transitioned. New legal name. New 'legal' sex. He became an actual she.

I have no issue with this. I have known people I went to school with who 'transitioned' and a few you would never know. It became who they are.

Unless you cut it off and have one put on you have done nothing but change your clothes. That is it. That does not give someone the right to enter a ladies room or vice versa.

Sorry. But unless a mother takes her preschool child into the bathroom, I don't want any penises in the women's bathroom/toilet/restroom.

Let unisex facilities happen....for those who need more privacy for whatever reason.

In the case of aneuploidy of the sex chromosome pair, it is already widely accepted in the field of genetics that any combo containing a Y is genetically male. Any combination not having a Y, is genetically female.

Someone with XXXY syndrome is genetically male, despite the aneuploidy having more Xs.

Sex chromosome abnormalities may not be physically evident at time of birth. The external bits may not match the internal bits. What appears to be a baby girl, may genetically be a male, and/or have male reproductive anatomy inside.

The idea of questioning every baby born's genetics is a huge waste of money and time. It almost feels like a witch hunt. For that waste of time and money, very, very few cases will be found showing the chromosomes are not inline with the external bits.

For me, the whole trans thing is a delusion. I'm not saying that to mean, or "phobic". I'm saying it in a non-judgemental manner in terms of "delusion" as a medical term. Given that framework, it's unlikely a delusion of any sort is present at birth.

For me, it makes no sense to dig so deep into the genetics of what is a normal looking kid at birth, and overwhelming majority of the time.

If there IS, some sort of anatomic anomaly evident at birth. Of course, do testing. Do extensive testing... for the health of the child, not to make sure the M or F on the birth certificate is accurate for a potential problem down the road that may never be an issue.

If the a delusion presents later in life, address it then. Men dressed as women in the women's bathroom or locker room, address it then.

I AGREE with a majority of the proposals offered in the letter. But the part about pursuing things so aggressively at birth, that was worth taking the time to share my dissent.

Abnormality. That sums it up. There are genetic issues and sometimes it is not always evident at birth. It exists. I also believe there are those who are in the incorrect body.

Could a twin absorb its sibling in Utero if something happened but develop into the other body? There are many cases of finding 'pieces' of a twin or sibling that died in Utero if you want to be a conspiracy site...but...

My daughter is 14. If we were in public and a CWD walked into the bathroom with her in it I am going to be arrested. Don't want to hear the arguments or the reasons. In fact, I just might finish that 'transition' for you.
