And I don't agree with that decision. They really should of gone in and indicted him having documents that he should have had.

You realize the docs case is dismissed right? 😄

So what's your point in derailing this topic so venomously? 😁

You're way late to this party 🤣

You may not be aware Trump was actually still President when he moved out of The White House. Meaning he has immunity because that was an official act. 🤣🤣

He only has immunity if what he did was in the scope of his duties.

Taking classified docs home with him is not part of his duties.

Arguments in court could easily prove it was official acts. 😀

Ok. So that is a fair response. I await that testimony.

Nobody cares, but I caught my local government red-handed destroying government docs.

I used to do FOIA requests two at a time, one legit and one a decoy to keep them off my trail.

After amassing a library of certified records, I re-requested the same sensitive docs sub rosa,or at least obscured with other simultaneous requests. Knowing they didn't want them published on my site, they used an exception where they claim the records didn't exist, forgetting about the initial request two years prior. After the denial, I went to court and legally compelled them to swear an affidavit.... in front of the local judge (who because the next mayor)

These are the docs I already had, checkmate. I should have went to the prosecutor, but I wasn't popular there at the time. Of course I announced it to their face at public meetings a few times, lol....and published it anyway.

Not that anyone cares, but playing a long game can work very well. I stomped these guys at their own game and became a local hero in the process x10.
