I'm not defending anyone. I'm refusing to compromise morals for temporary gratification which will conceivably initiate a downward spiral into reverse McCarthyism or "blue scare" which broadly categorizes a particular ideology as patently criminal in persuasion. If you can't precisely identify the crime, the code it violates, who did it and how that violation was knowingly committed, then yes I'm loathe to promote any administration targeting officials (or civilians because that's going to be the immediate follow-up) without reasonable cause. That's what distinguishes our society and true justice from the kind of witch hunt that plagued Trump for years.

A real trial. A fair trial.
I am confident they could be proven guilty.

Of course I don’t think it would be good anyone died for being a Trump supporter or a Harris supporter.
I don’t think people should be killed for being dumb. I wouldn’t live that long either.
I’m talking about things happening in a court of law. You do know that, right?

The constitution is immutable apart from adding the occasional amendment and christofascism is off the table. They can try, congress can debate it six ways to sunday, but ultimately no one is stupid enough to actually write that legislation. "Endowed by their creator" is enough abrahamic authority to cover the bare essentials.

I'll clarify my position in my opinion it would be stupid AF for the new Trump administration to make retribution and political lawfare, that Trump has fought so hard against the last 7-8 years a priority for his enemies real or imagined.

We have 2 years till the midterms much more effective to build towards converting blue states instead of giving the Democrats ammo for the fascist label they have tried to pin on him.
