In a way, I do feel like the TDS sufferers, like waking up from a nightmare.

I personally experienced "Reverse" Discrimination since way back in the mid 1980s. I applied to Bell Tel for normal linesman work where mom worked as an exec and we had a whole family of electricians inc a IBEW Business Manager.

I'm a good test taker, 97-98th percentile, but when I took the test for Dell, they said, oh....sorry. We're only hiring minorities, you lost points on the score. Literally I could never score high enough. Kind of off-putting, I went with a more esoteric lifestyle, but actually felt pretty burned at a very young age.

Of course the darkness will fear the light.
