I think the nation can now reset. The economy can be regrouped, the border can be controlled, and it's not that EVs and the like are not warranted, but that to shove them down people's throats hurts them economically; these things are good, but must be gently fostered, or else we hurt the middle class.

I have said it for years: You cannot Legislate innovation. You cannot Mandate that a product or condition will be used. What you have to do, is use the collective brain cells off the country and CREATE innovation, and create funding to support it, and give people financial incentives to choose it. When the EVs are the best choice, you won't have to leverage or trick people into choosing it; they will flock to it. We must create the environment where that is possible. The Democrats were trying to force it, on the backs of the working class, and in the process, destroying the economy that would fund it.

I spent yesterday with a knot in my stomach that soon went away as I completely and purposely ignored politics, the news and radio. I just called a few friends and literally prayed for all of us, yes ..ALL of us.

The left can't see it now but in a year or two things will noticably improve and a bit of law and order will restore some normalcy to everyone's lives.

Oh, and I made this to celebrate!

So, the good news is Trump devastated the left so badly that they are quiet. It was bad that Clinton had a 99% chance to win and then Trump won. I understand how they see Trump as killing their dreams of the first female President. I'm not being sarcastic here, it was a scar that can never heal.
