We potentially have not heard the end of this yet.

For all the posters saying that the owner was in the wrong for violating the law, I counter with the following. 1) How long was P'Nut an internet item? He was posted online for years and only now it became an issue? Sounds to me that encon was negligent in their duties and this half-baked raid was supposed to cover that fact up. 2) interesting that suddenly a law that went unenforced for so long it just now had to be enforced. The laws are not supposed to be enforced when it becomes convenient. In NY there are enough crimes that judges don't get riled up to sign warrants for but because they would affect some pet voting bloc's, get swept under the rug. 3) a simple record request for when the complaint was filed and when it got seen by a judge would be very telling. Did it go through bureaucratic hoops or was it expedited? NY has an issue with chronic wasting disease being found in a deer, you would think lots of resources would be going into that particular issue and not a pet squirrel! 4) aside from needing about a dozen agents for a pet squirrel we get this gem.

"I wasn't even allowed to feed my rescue horses breakfast or lunch. I sat there like a criminal after they interrogated my wife to check out her immigration status."
where do they get off being able to question her immigration status? That has rings of intimidation to it! Would they ask a Latino in the same position? Of course not
That would be racist or some other nonsense.
Number 4 is especially disturbing. Not exactly equal treatment under the law and make no mistake encon was operating as law enforcement or otherwise they had no business being there! Plus NY is a sanctuary state, that question becomes more insulting when you realize laws are a bludgeoning weapon in the hands of democrats. "We refuse to honor federal laws in regards to immigration, but in your case we might make an exception" Sound about right? I'm curious if they wore cams during the raid, what tales that could tell.

☠️! then this sensless killing may in fact have been political vengence !☠️

I saw just that mentioned on Twitter the other day. That the woman who snitched, (lobbied her democrat friend politicians), did it when she saw the couple who owned the pets were Trump supporters, so she did it out of spite.

Sorry I don't have a link, but a few people on X had pointed out the woman's political or family ties to the authorities who are also hard core democrats, so they targeted the couple with the malicious act. IT was even fast tracked by the left wing judge.

These people are unbelievably despicable human pond scum.

Think what they will do when government is in total control of healthcare. Single provider. Let that sink in.

For those that know PSA (Palmetto State Armory), and there are a few here, they are working to finalize a design for a Pnut meme lower.

You can't counter them with logic. The people that think the owner had it coming are the same people that are ready to riot if an armed felon gets a boo-boo resisting arrest.

It's not that they're stupid. They simply do not have a functioning brain.

When I first heard about this I bawled my eyes out. I followed Peanut and he was so cute. I loved the posts from his owner. He was a well loved pet and family member. That squirrel was a threat to nobody. I can't believe they murdered him and Fred. Two animals that did nothing wrong. All they did was bring joy to MILLIONS around the world. I hope the ones responsible pay in some way and those who reported them I hope they feel EXTREME guilt.

Every time I see a post on this I get upset. It just too horrible. I can't imagine someone taking my beloved pet of SEVEN YEARS and killing them. I would just be inconsolable. I did see a gofundme for the owners set up have about $250k+ in it in a few days.

Sorry if I missed something here...

But do we know if those idiot authorities that were so concerned
about rabies even followed through with testing P' Nut & Fred?
Where's the F?'ing lab results? We should demand the report?
And why they were not just quarentined is beyond bloody crazy
because would still be alive! Wish we could do the same
to those Bastards.

Major Updates! 😎

P’Nut the Squirrel and Fred the Raccoon did not have rabies, officials announced — as it was revealed the animals were marked for death and decapitation days before they were seized by the state.

The internet famous P’Nut and his raccoon pal were taken from an Upstate New York home by force in a raid by state agents on Oct. 30 that sparked outrage and accusations of government overreach as the pets were euthanized to test for rabies.

“Results are negative,” Chemung County Executive Christopher Moss told The Post Tuesday.

P’Nut the Squirrel was ‘marked for death’ and decapitation from the start — as rabies test results reveal tragic twist

P’nut, an Instagram-famous squirrel, was seized and euthanized by New York State authorities last month.

His owner, Mark Longo, told NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo on Tuesday he’s filing a “very big” lawsuit, demanding answers after he said state authorities left him in the dark about what happened to his beloved squirrel and raccoon, which were seized in a warrant search.

“We have murderers and rapists running the streets, and they don’t get investigations like this,” Longo said on NewsNation’s “CUOMO.” “So you used all of our taxpayers’ money and our resources to conjure up a story about a squirrel and a raccoon that was so detrimental to our society that they needed to come and kill them.”

Yeah, Those two conservatives are a threat to the people of the USA. Smiling people are a threat to the Liberals. If that squirrel and raccoon were anarchists carrying Kamala signs and protesting, they would still be alive.
