SCOTUS Blocks Biden-Harris Attempt to Get Noncitizens Back On Voter Rolls in Virginia

Breaking news today:

Supreme Court sides with Virginia in case, rules non-citizens can be removed from voter rolls

The Biden administration was fighting hard to get these noncitizens put back on the voter rolls, which would enable voter fraud.

The SCOTUS ruled VA was in the right. Of course noncitizens should be removed from the voter rolls.

If anyone who is a legitimate voter is mistakenly taken off, they can still vote by a provisional ballot. Not a single legitimate voter can be prevented from voting due to this decision.

Democrats will falsely call this "voter suppression" and probably call it racist, even though race wasn't involved here in any way, shape, or form. The people who were removed identified themselves as non-citizens. No one was removed due to race or any other reason besides being a non-citizen, who are legally not allowed to vote.

What Democrats do is destroy the ballots or envelopes quickly after counting. That way, there can be no tracing back the vote to see who cast it. Arizona, Georgia, (and maybe PA and WI) burned or shredded the ballots before 2020 audits could be conducted, even though the state laws say the ballots/envelopes must be kept for 2 years. The GOVERNORS approved the burning/shredding.

Those in power do what they want, without fear of being stopped. It's critical to remove as many Democrats from power as possible. They don't follow the law(s).

What became of the supposed poll workers telling lines in Pennsylvania to go home mid-day on an early voting day? Lancaster I believe

Why should Virginia even have to worry about being challenged by the feds on this issue. It is great that the courts upheld what is right. People who are not legal citizens should not be able to vote. That is how our laws have been set up for generations.

People need to provide evidence of being an American citizen when they vote. A state ID or drivers license usually has that on it.

In the attempt to clean up voter registration lists some citizens have, due to faulty records such as having moved or gotten married and name changes, registrars have found questionable registrations which have then been put into the ''alleged'' category and removed pending the appeal process.It is these people who the current administration have been pushing for to assure they have the proper time allotted to do so.

and yet, same day registration, along with the ability to fill out a provisional ballot, ensures that not ONE legal voter would be disenfranchised. Knowing that, knowing it follows the law, and knowing what the COTUS says about who can vote and who cannot, begs the question, WTF what this all about if not trying to cheat by allowing illegal votes?

So.....they sue to allow them to vote as well as sue because they are not able to vote as well as sue so they can not use iD....

See where I am going here? It is not about someone not being able to vote, if that happens day of it can be handled. This is about making sure those who cannot do not.

Voter rolls should be updated yearly. It is 2024. We can land probes on an asteriod but we cannot keep good election rolls.

There is a reason. This is why the PCEI (Presidential Commission on Election Integrity) was sued out of existence. If you think local or state elections are not fixed, or there is no cheating, you are fooling yourself. 2020 was the first time they had to steal it nationally because you had someone who does not play ball who was to be elected.

SCOTUS ruled for the Bush Dynasty in 2000.
