There is a law passed that was either determined to be constitutional or has yet to be challenged constitutionally and this particular law is called the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act signed into law by Bill Clinton which allows for the deportation of illegals under a few different scenarios without seeing a judge.
