If anything is a "stupid" crime by my guess.

I think everyone knows what he deserves.

That being ""something"" to remind him not to do it again.

It will be a fine through and community service as opposed to the severe slap that's required.

He obviously likes parks, let the stupid clown pick up dog sh@t for 240 hours and see how he likes them apples.
