The machine learning algorithms can only work with the data they are fed.

And the world is rather "wild" right now putting it mildly.

GIGO.

Yeah. The implications for how it will be used vs. what it COULD be used for are pretty grim.

Imagine countless scenarios from denying healthcare (happening now) to targeting an ethnic group or political persuasion and introducing a nano-vector that kills indistinguishably from current diseases.

I mean hell, the Israelis have a secret program that has been trying to kill Arabs based on genetic code for a long time. Now apply AI.

It all goes sideways quick, based on how we already treat one another let alone what we “teach” AI.

Can you post a link or tell me what to search on YouTube? That would be greatly appreciated.

No. I cannot.

Because the possible and perspective horrors aren’t unleashed or conjured just yet. Maybe there is still time?

However. There is one video on YT that I’ve seen that scares the bejesus outta me. I can’t link it because I suck at it. But it’s fake (thank god). It has to do with drones killing students and starts as a CEO is at a symposium describing the future of targeted drone warfare.

It’s pretty harrowing. Made to seem ultra-real.

Called like “disturbing simulation show power of killer robots”…..

I never understood why humanity wants to give credit to nonhuman devices that happen to be created to human.

Sorry AI will always be a man-made device that will only feedback what humans feed to it first.

The results of information will be as bias and one sided as the humans that feeds the information.

Plain and simple, only humans have instant intelligence capabilities, AI only have the intelligence been fed to it.

Nothing but a machine no feelings, no blood, no warm, no hart and not love.

I would be interested in seeing some flavour of AI doing an analysis of multiple ancient writings and texts, and attempting to find common concepts.

Sorta like William Bill Donahue was hitting-on.

Ancient "Akkadian cuneiform", the "Khitan scripts", and "Linear A" spring to mind.

Then again i think they have already tried AI analysis with mixed results.
