POTUS, being the top law enforcer, can look into anything he thinks may be suspect, tainted, illegal in any other federal, state or local election.
Anything and everything he said to anybody(advisors, feds, state, local, civilian) as POTUS to those ends is privileged and immune.
Absolute and presumptive immunity.

Smith says in that filing that the reason Trump is guilty is because he didn’t listen to his advisors who told him he lost the election.
Smith said that proves Trump’s criminal intent because he didn’t listen to them.
LoL
POTUS doesn’t have to do as his advisors tell him. They are only advisors.

Smith is actually saying Trump’s intent was looking for election fraud which is a core POTUS responsibility.
POTUS is the law.

I think it’s hilarious how quickly they redacted it and sent it out for public scrutiny.
Tell number 1
It’s not even properly redacted.
Tell number 2
I’m sure the democrats will have a redaction key sent out very soon.
Tell number 3

Have you ever seen or heard of the government doing that so fast with anything?

And here we go already concerning Tell number 3.
Politico leftist hack Kyle Cheney has worked through the redactions and is already identifying people from the filing…

x.com...

I don’t believe Smith and the gangs devious plan could be any more transparent.

Man O Man the hearsay and wild ass speculation stories are piling so high, they'll have to move Jefferson over on Mt Rushmore to make room. 😁

No doubt by tomorrow they’ll have everyone named and all sorts of wild grand conspiracies to tell the world so everyone forgets that Walz got smashed in the debate last night and Doug is a cheating woman beater.

This "report" had to be juiced up and altered, after the Supreme Court said Donald Trump is IMMUNE from most forms of prosecution, for Presidential actions and decisions. Jack Smith panicked. Aileen Cannon had already thrown out his "classified documents" case against Donald Trump. He doesn't want to be a failure at everything in life.

After that decision from the Supreme Court, Chuck Schumer panicked too.

He introduced this bill: www.thenation.com...

The media also wants the public to forget about how Trump/Musk beat Biden/Harris to caring for Hurricane Helene victims...along with Joe Biden's pathetic mumbling while in North Carolina today.

Candidate Trump (correctly) says JACK SMITH is engaging in pure ELECTION INTERFERENCE by putting new words to this 2023 January 6th case, and telling the crooked MSM to say it's new.

Trump to Reporters: www.newsnationnow.com...

Hell (on Earth) cometh for all of them in 2025. 😡

And at some point, you'll wake up from the fever dream, and then what? Is it really worth it? All this effort for a wannabe king who can do nothing but spread hate and fear, and to whom you mean absolutely nothing? Is there life without Trump? Do you know how cults are defined?

These are just a rehash of the same accusations that have nothing of substance.

Election fraud is a crime and it is the President's duty to investigate and punish crime - that is one of the primary purposes of the Administrative Branch of govt , to enforce the law of the land.
The President is the top law enforcement officer in the country.

It's quite the strtech to say that a President saying the election was stolen through fraud and then investigating it is not a duty of the President.

The constitution vests all power in the Executive branch to the President.

Congress makes law, the President enforces it, the Judiciary adjudicates it.

No sane person - and Jack Smith clearly is insane - can make a legitimate arguiment that a President is not doing his official duty by investigating crime , in this case election fraud in the 2020 election.

The constitution supercedes all branches of government.

The presidents main duty is to uphold the constitution as such.

It's nice to see MAGA cultists finally peeling back their skin tho.

What party mentioned the other candidate hundreds of times during their parties convention and which only a handful?

What party has their policies clear right now and which doesnt but still has all their followers in check?

The answers tells whos spreading hate about who and what party is based on anything but policies. Thus more of a cult.

To clarify something from above;

Principles of the Constitution include checks and balances, individual rights, liberty, limited government, natural rights theory, republican government, and popular sovereignty

Bill of Rights are not a permission slip.

I think Democrats need to hear the story of the Boy who cryed wolf. There is a valuable lesson in that parable they might need to learn.

His own DOJ investigated. His crazy outside attorneys "investigated". If you actually read the pdf, the plan, was to declare there was fraud no matter what if he lost, when he was advised that he could lose. This was before the election even occurred. Which he did do.

He also then concocted his scheme with, again, not his WH counsel, but outside attorneys and his campaign staff. It was noted many times that he was well aware he lost and there was no fraud committed that would change the election results. When he started pressuring those few states, they all asked for proof of fraud from his outside attorneys as the numerous investigations found none. He and his outside attorneys could not provide any. Remember this? Good old Rudy with his "we have no evidence, but we have theories".

I noted and quoted in another thread on this. Just in Michigan alone, he invited state GOP leaders to the WH for a "meeting". He also lied to then and told them that Georgia was going to be doing all sorts of investigations and would be denying to certify for Biden. In the pdf, it's noted he had spoken to Georgia. The investigations found no fraud and they asked for proof and Rudy couldn't give them any. They determined that they would certify Biden. Then 3 days later various Michigan GOP and random church dude received a fake certificate of ascertainment, broke election laws, by not being duly elected electors, signed the certification again not by law in the state Capitol with the other actual duly electors but in the GOP HQ at 1am. They then tried to barge into the closed session the next day to bring the fake ascertainment but were not allowed in as they were not the duly elected electors. They then sent the fake certificate to congress and the archivist.

Does this sound like an "investigation" to you? And this is only one state.

Add to the fact he and his campaign literally wanted a "riot" at TCF in Detroit during the count when he was advised he would likely lose there. Again, his campaign called up those same people who ended up being the fake electors. One, Meshawn Maddock went on social media, called the "Patriots" down there and it was dang near a riot. Police had to be called. Again that situation noted in the pdf has been documented here numerous times over the years, along with the election laws broken by the fake electors and the scheme. Although at the time we only knew that Maddock called people down, only now do we know he actually wanted a full on riot there.

I'm really lost how people see these actions as "just the President doing "President" stuff." Crazy.

but there was provable fraud that had it not happened, would have led to a second Trump term. Because of BAMN, he was cheated. It's not a theory, it's a fact.
