You know, I'm hesitant to speak much about em. Djarums already removed the image of the link in another thread, but it was an email supposedly, from a member who decided to make their first ever post on sharing the link so...

Definitely do not go clicking stuff you aren't sure about whether in email or PM or anything on ATS for that matter, like the newly placed ad on the homepage ha.

DTOM already stated they are NOT sending out emails.

I have posted legit invites to the discord several times now in this thread. No need to go clicking around sketchy links from sketchy sources.

For clarification:

Staff do not know what’s going on with the avatar and signature changes. It is not something we have ever had access to do. We can remove avatars or signatures that are offensive but we can not replace it with something else. This was not a staff capability even when everything was working properly.

Additionally, there is only one Discord server that’s been used by myself and some others for about 2 years. The email some people received with a link to another Discord server has nothing to do with anyone here and is just the latest attempt by a spammer to get clicks and numbers.

Posting any Discord other than the one I created will result in a post removal for the first time and an account ban for the second.

Some Members got messages from a Mod that said they deleted signatures. We've had Mods delete signatures in the past also (oversized, etc.).

Is that "delete" feature limited to sigs only?

This was crazy. Sad to see. Sorry, it happened to some nice folks. I can see that happening to the Russian Troll but not some of the others or you Oldcarpy. We may disagree on a few things, but we don't wish you to be mistreated or feel you are hated.

Mods can delete avatars and signatures, but they cannot replace them with something else.
