Springfield Ohio Preacher "It's Worse than the media says" Haitian was allowed to buy a gun

Here is a testimony of a Springfield Ohio resident who use to work at a gun store in 2023. She says that she was told to sell guns to illegals even if they didn't have a proper drivers license or paperwork. She said many only had a Mexican ID and she would still be told to let them purchase one.
She would attempt to put them on the do not sell list, but was told she couldn't because of the second amendment.
These companies would rather sell a gun other than worrying about vetting illegal migrants.

Wake up people, they are allowing unvetted illegal migrants to buy firearms!

I watched a video by a youtuber who went to Springfield to interview people there to find out what was really going on. He talked to both long time residents, and also to Haitian immigrants, sometimes using his phone as a translator.

He was able to confirm some claims that some pets had disappeared, but couldn't really confirm any claims it was the Haitians who took them, or even that they were taken at all, versus getting lost. I had a pet that got lost so it can happen, it was an older pet.

But the drivers license thing, he tried to interview the drivers license examiners but they didn't want to talk to him. The Springfield residents thought something shady was going on with the drivers licenses being issued to Haitians who couldn't drive, and the youtuber was able to document some driving problems and even show some wrecked cars that were driven by the Haitians. So my impression was there didn't seem to be much substance to the story that Haitians were eating people's pets, but there did seem to be some substance to the the claims that the Haitians were not safe drivers, and the governor of Ohio even said "since the immigrants came to Springfield, there has been an increase in traffic incidents and erratic driving." They are not getting any kind of driving training, like a lot of US residents probably get while they are in high school, I remember taking driving classes while I was in high school. The Haitians are apparently not taking driving classes but maybe they are trying to change that:

I can believe that after seeing the youtuber filming this in Springfield.

But this may be the problem:

per Ohio law, anyone 18 and older does not have to go through any kind of driver training. They just need to pass a written knowledge test and a skills and maneuverability test behind the wheel...

But Norman said driver education is extremely important. That’s why the Ohio Traffic Safety Office has been working with Haitian immigrants in Springfield to teach them the basics of driving.

So, driver education is important, but it's not required by law, and apprently only a fraction of the immigrants are getting driver education before getting licenses. There are driver's ed classes, but they have limited capacity, and there are a lot of immigrants in Springfield, and apparently not enough driver's ed classes to train all of them even if you could get them to go to classes.

Regarding immigrants buying a gun, you can get into similar issues where it may be legally allowed, but if you don't take gun safety training, the result may be as bad or possibly worse than giving drivers licenses legally to people that have no training in how to drive.

Yes, incidents like that and this story of a hunter who shot a deer also killed a cyclist with the same bullet which passed right through the deer, should be taught in all gun safety training courses:

There is a difference between Naturalized U.S. Citizen and legal non-citizen resident. A permanent non-legal resident is what is called a green card holder. No citizenship test required.

I personally took a green card holder (my business partner in the early '90s) to a gun store to purchase a gun. No problem.

Except you can't get a green card without first passing a personal interview with an official immigration officer, AND you must have a sponsor for one of the types of VISA. Also must have other documents from the country of origin showing no prior criminal record, and a lot of other junk, like medical things.
But the "illegal" way is much less convoluted.

Here is a link to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services with respect to the CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela) program. That, and the TP (temporary protected) status seems to account for the majority of Haitian migrants in Springfield.

Why else would they be here? I drive truck and see bus load after load
of illegal migrants using truck stops to where ever they're going. They
all climb out and create long lines at the cashier. I asked one if he just
got here? But he didn't speak english.

Does it make anyone else nervous to start thinking about what the next
move might be? They could arm them all in one night and surprise whole
communities. Just tell'em you can have what's theirs but you have to take it.

Swoop one world gov. and what's left of us become the refugees. Neaah I'm
just being paranoid I'm sure it's all just fine. I should just stop having any
thoughts at all so I'm counted compliant and docile.

Just be void of any intuition or recognition of things going on right in front
of me. Content with my safety right to the point I'm not safe anymore. Then
just get shuffled into a meat grinder coming down the street. But at least I
wasn't paranoid.

Pets getting taken and processed for food is not just in Ohio. Florida has a problem with Horses being butchered for food. Some have been stolen off of farms and found processed. This has been going on for years. It seems black market horse meat is a delicacy for some cultures.
Why people find it unbelievable that it is going on in Ohio is odd to me.
A quick Google search around the US and the truth starts to show itself, but for some it’s because Trump said it, so it’s now impossible in their mind.

The video I posted at the top of this page shows a lady’s testimony that our government is allowing those with other countries ID to purchase guns. As I asked there, how is it possible to background check these individuals without us knowing their histories? They could be giving mentally unstable people weapons. How can they be vetting this?
I’m not asking you to answer this, just presenting the question.

Just like the driver’s license issue, it won’t be a problem until innocent people are killed by car fatalities from inexperienced drivers.
It should be obvious that the government doesn’t care until we raise hell and make them.

I recently read an article about the illegal horse meat trade. It's big money for the independent farms that do it. Not sure if the buyers are illegal, but the article I saw which referenced an old racehorse being slaughtered showed the photo of one man arrested and he was a good old boy, not an illegal.

This article has video and other details but not the arrest.
