No. Angels are entities of pure spirit.

They procreate like any other critter.
IF Nephilim existed ... they are not the product of angel/human hybrid. That can't happen. Angels have no procreative abilities. They are pure spirit and the bible says they were all created, not born. IF the Nephilim exist, they would have to be alien/human hybrids. And the chances of alien physiology matching up with human physiology to be able to conceive offspring is highly unlikely.
Most likely the story is just myth.
