I don’t expect most people to vote rationally.
The economy is really messed up and it’s getting worse so I do have hope that more people will consider that.
Trump always does poorly in the polls so they are always suspect.
I’m starting to look at registration trends and other demographic polls instead of simple “who would you vote for” generic polls.
The left owns the media outlets and most social media so they have a louder voice and bigger reach.
The amount of negative Trump spin far outweighs anything positive due to that.
It’s going to come down to who actually shows up to vote.
Harris’ hollow joy campaign is not serious nor genuine and even the media keeps letting that fact slip out.
She won’t talk to them.
She won’t answer questions even when she does.
People are seeing it.
They know she’s hiding and it’s suspect.
She’s a democrat, a woman and a minority.
Besides that she has nothing.
She’s been in power for almost 4 years and this is where we are.
She can’t offer anything different.
Here is where she put us.
She co-signed everything Biden did.
She was the tiebreaker in the senate for Bidens agenda.
She owns the border fiasco.
She can’t shake that, ever.
She’s barely even talking about her policy months after she was appointed.
There’s really no difference between her and Biden.
That’s why she’s hiding and silent.
Her first choice for VP told her “thanks but no thanks.”
Shapiro knows her chances are very slim.
He’s a smart man, he couldn’t willingly board that titanic.
That’s another tell right there.
For the Dems though it’s not that big a deal.
They know Trump won’t destroy democracy.
They don’t believe the garbage they try and sell.
They’ll do everything they can for Trumps next four years to sabotage him like they did his first term.
Then they’ll regroup for 2028.
If I had to bet money, I’d say she barely wins the popular vote by 1-2% and Trump wins the electorals.
As of right now anyway.
October will be interesting.
Dems haven’t toned down the rhetoric so another attempt at Trumps life is a real probability.
It’s amazing to me that the democrats aren’t out of their minds mad like the rest of the country is.
They tried to kill him twice in two months time.
They think this is a game.

Even though 2007-2008 had the highest percentage of unauthorized immigrant in country, both in number and percentage of population? People forget the housing crisis' ripple through the world made Bush's numbers look terrible. Many were losing their homes so nobody paid attention as much. I think it's just easier to notice when things aren't actually so bad.

Apprehensions weren't even half as high, but the total number of undocumented that were already here was actually higher with 30 million less total Americans.

Voting is MORE stringent now. 36 states will be enforcing some voter ID law in November. WI, GA, and NC (3 key states) will have strict photo ID requirements, AZ requires valid ID (without photo), and Michigan requests photo ID. PA is not one of the 36.

And isn't the photo ID like a rock to keep Tigers away?

Fake green cards and IDs abound.

These kids have some good ID's. They get by our scanners. Some privileged SDSU idiot got in a DUI rear-ender causing injury and lawsuit after barhopping and it came back to us for serving him. It fooled the bouncers hand-held scanner. What's 19 vs 21 in appearance?

If dumbass cocky college student can get a photo ID for however much they pay, an illegal entrant can get all necessary documents and register it to some degree too.

The criticism is that. It's an "unnecessary intimidation tactic" that ultimately can't guarantee to do what it intends.

Their argument, not mine. I don't see ID requirements as an unreasonable request or discriminatory.

More than that, Independents make up around 60% of the votes.

I suggest you drink 5 gallons of water a day between now and the election.

You'll be doing a lot of crying when Trump wins.
