If Harris wasn't in charge of the border, who was?

Nobody seems to be asking the basic question. If Harris wasn't in charge of the border, somebody should have been. If not, it might have devolved into chaos. Well, it did, but Harris and Biden and Mayorkus have been saying there was no problem and the border was totally under control. But the facts don't line up with that.

So what did Harris do for 4 years? And what did she discover with the "root causes" of whatever it was they claim she was doing?

Harris proudly claims she was the last person in the room during most of Joe's decisions. Unless that changes as well. Just glad Joe is able to run circles around his staff.

Well, if there is not an official office called Border Czar, how could she have been that? It is called plausible deniability. The title doesn't exist so there was never one.

This was all planned out for when the border actions totally fell apart. 'Not my problem because that was not an official office.'

I have the same thoughts on the Obama birth certificate. If they ever prosecuted him, he has enough ambiguity with that to clame he was never legally president because he was not eligible.
