They knew the entire time what they wanted to do but the man they did not want to run would not quit. They tried to alter the course of history again and I still am in shock he is not dead.

His home was searched for no reason. Charges Dropped. Haven't heard much more about this
They tried to imprison him.
They tried to bankrupt him.
They went after his kids with subpoenas.
Finally, 2 days before he was to be nominated the greatest failure of the USSS allows a 20 year old kid to nick his ear. .
CNN was there to film it live.
I find it odd Doug MIlls was there with the correct exposure and settings to capture that bullet.

Its because some people are convinced Trump is a dictator when they should probably look inward and see what the truth really is. It's called projection somebody posted a vid on another thread where this Asian dude went into detail about how they seem to be projecting what they are onto republicans. I mean yeah Trump followed advice with the pandemic and did operation warp speed but I never saw him come on the TV and angry whisper that we all have to get our shot or we can't work anymore or do anything basically anymore. Unless we have the shot.

This idea that a coop happened is incorrect. It was and is the plan. The idea that party leaders have been caught off guard over this is fantasy. To you and me, and all the rest of us on ATS, Biden's appearance of dementia has been obvious for the last year so the belief that those party leaders not seeing it is stupid. Of course they saw it. For that matter, him appearing like he was slipping might also have been staged. we just don't know.

But this idea that they are scrambling with little in the way of a concrete plan is a total underestimation of that party.

Timing is good. Wait until the Republican Convention is over, the vp picked and tease them with Kamala for a while is the distraction, the Trump Party dosen't know who to focus on. Right now, it's Kamala but it may not be her once the convention rolls around.

Oh, they do have a plan. That plan does not focus on one person alone like the Post suggests, rather there is a field of potential candidates that I think will emerge once the convention takes place. It will be a rousing convention but once it is over and the delegates have made their final vote, you can bet there will be a cheer and complete jubilation that the right person to beat Trump has been chosen.

All other policy is put on hold. The Party will choose who can beat Trump and then they will deal with the rest of the policy which, I think, will be much like the policy with Biden as the face as it has been for the last four years.
