US Knew Of Potential Iranian Assassination Plot Against Trump Weeks Before Deadly Shooting

Well ... this is interesting.

The US Govt had knowledge of an Iranian assassination plot against Trump, knowledge that came in weeks before the Pennsylvania rally. The US Govt used this knowledge to try to get Trump to shut down his rallies. But Trump continued with the rallies. The Secret Service claims it added protection to Trump because of this Iranian plot. Well ... it sure didn't look like there was added protection during the Pennsylvanian Rally, where the Secret Service didn't even have the manpower to cover the building that was nearby and that had direct line of sight for an assassin to fire from! And it sure didn't look like there was added protection to 6'4" Trump at that Pennsylvania rally when he had a half dozen female secret service agents protecting him ... all looking like they didn't know what the hell they were doing, flipping their ponytails, playing with sunglasses, not being able to holster their weapons AND not being tall enough to cover Trump.

Interesting also that Iran is scared of Trump getting in office and they want him dead. They dont' have assassination plots against Biden. Guess they kinda like him being in office, eh?

US authorities were warned about a potential assassination plot against former President Donald Trump by Iran weeks before the deadly shooting at Saturday’s rally — underscoring concerns about the level of protection that the presidential candidate was given, according to a report.

Although there is no known connection between Thomas Matthew Crooks and the Iranian republic — considered a rogue state by the US government — advance knowledge of such a threat appears wildly out of alignment with Trump’s level of protection at the Butler, Pa. rally.

The Trump campaign declined to address the outlet’s inquiry whether they were aware of the threat, but the Secret Service has “added protective resources and capabilities to the former President’s security detail,” agency spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement.

The Secret Service even went so far as to repeatedly warn the Trump campaign not to hold outdoor rallies, the sources said, due to the difficulties of controlling access.

US knew HAMAS was about to attack inside of Israel too. The US is full of info, but devoid of taking action, with our current mentally ill President.

I just seen this on the news, yep DHS and FBI knew that Trump was a target of an Iranian plot to assassinate Trump, that the SS did increase security, but that security was with more technology, no necessarily manpower.

Really this is getting ridiculous when it comes to FBI and DHS.

Remember DHS is over SS, no the other way around.

Anyways ... the Secret Service claims it ramped up security around Trump because of this Iranian plot from a few weeks ago. From what we saw in Pennsylvania .... they sure as hell did NOT ramp up security. It was a total security failure AND those 5 or 6 little girls trying to protect Trump looked ridiculous. I'm sure they meant well ... but they were not up to the job and they were not tall/big enough either.

No only that, but the director of the SS, in his last interview, use the most lamest excused that has been scrutinized and dissected by experts shooters.

She claims that the reason it was no security on top of the roof that the shooter took, was because it was a roof that was to high on the center, that is a lie, the roof that the sharp shooters were was higher at the center and they did just fine.

Everything that is coming from the mouth of the director of the SS is nothing but crap, she needs to resign.

Funnily enough, there are reports police were stationed in that building just below the shooter.

It almost makes one think that they allowed for the security failure to occur! It would leave Biden in the clear(except too many think he is compromised by Iran)and give a foreign scapegoat. Heads should be rolling over this incompetence but it's just business as usual for the Biden administration.

That is why is starting to look soo ridiculous, is like the whole incident was manufactured to take a shot at Trump, regardless of who was the shooter, in this instance a lone shooter.

Still, it was luck or miracle what kept Trump alive, but opportunity was plenty and with enough time.

Do you think the 20 year old shot and missed because he is JUST that damn good a shot to miss on purpose? Or do you think someone else actually took the shot that missed? On purpose? Or do you think the intent was to actually kill Trump?

For some reason I feel that eventually the "investigations" on the shooter, will find a link somehow to Iran, I am sure they will blame it on internet recruiters.

That will be fed to the public and case will be close.

Correct, Trump has been under increased threat of assassination since he ordered the killing of Soleimani. It seems that is why he got increased protection in the weeks ahead of the assassination attempt.

This threat isn't going away either. Iran may always want to retaliate against him for that attack.
