Experts are analyzing the respond and body language of Biden, Pelosi and Hillary after elections these individuals are in a state of panic and desperation, Obama is clearly in crisis right now.

Obama and Hillary took secret documents along with biden and we know Hillary deleted Emails, they are nothing but swamp garbage.

Don't forget, these FBI Agents also took Melania's intimates, some photos, and other Trump family personal items.

One thing people are surprised to learn is that there is a core group of 17 (or so) FBI Agents involved in all the raids on Trump's friends, associates, and Trump himself. They are a faction that was/are loyal to Obama-Comey.

CNN — Special counsel Jack Smith is arguing to revive his office’s classified documents case against Donald Trump with a vigorous defense of its authority in the first formal filing since Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the criminal case last month.

In a brief filed with the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta on Monday, Smith argues that Cannon’s decision to end the Trump case because the prosecutors’ office lacked constitutional authority was “novel” and “lack[ed] merit.”

Cannon had ruled the Justice Department didn’t have the ability to appoint or fund special counsels like Smith.

Special counsel Jack Smith asked a federal appellate court on Wednesday to halt his appeal in President-elect Donald Trump’s classified documents case, citing the results of the 2024 election.

“As a result of the election held on November 5, 2024, one of the defendants in this case, Donald J. Trump, is expected to be certified as President-elect on January 6, 2025, and inaugurated on January 20, 2025,” Smith wrote to the Atlanta-based 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals.

This is the end of the road. The Jack Smith WITCH HUNT cases against former President Trump are all shut down. Donald J. Trump is INNOCENT of all criminal charges Jack Smith brought against him over the past 2 years.

Jack Smith can now go back to prosecuting thugs in Europe. Maybe he will issue a "report" of his findings first?

Oh, I do hope it is NOT over.
What needs to happen now is an investigation into the whole process and anyone found to be using the Justice Dept to wage political wars to influence an election and/or punish political enemies needs to be held to account.
It can't be allowed to fade into history or it will happen again.
