Well if they can stay in the ECHR and ignore it, why can't we?

That remains to be seen I guess but as they're in the driving seat of the EU and they have already suspended one part of the EU Charter for their own political needs times and rules may be changing as other EU countries look to protect themselves too.

The fear of the rise of the Right across Europe seems to be changing agendas for the Socialist as they struggle to survive against the influx of migrants and displeasure of their respective populations.

I would think if the ECHR turns a blind eye to what Germany does then it loses all legitimacy in the eyes of the world and cannot any longer be held over other countries such as the UK

The native born in western countries have been targeted by
some obviously very cruel and hateful adversaries with immense
power to dictate policies to all governments. I would go so far as
to say they're enjoying it. Who or whatever they are.

Shoot holes in them???? But, but, think of the children. Whoever thought of or actually believes the "Rwanda Plan" is a complete idiot. There is only one way and that is deport them to their original countries. But as they say, they have destroyed all their documents so where do you deport them to. I'm quite sure a dna test would solve a lot of problems, but if they wont say where they are from send the to Gaza as according to Hamas the Israelis have decimated the population.

PS. Or they could be deported to the Chagos Islands before we give them back.

I did, of course mean the boats, though only a fool would expect them all to be able to swim back to calais.

What of the children?
here's a better question, what of the British children who's lives are going to be made much worse by importing these people wholesale like this? No one is thinking about them, are they?

You can ask that question in todays world? What if the children are
the number one motive?

There is only one way and that is deport them to their original countries.

The ECHR says we can't deport them back to their home country if it isn't a "safe country" they're being returned to which is why Rwanda was chosen , because it was designated a safe country by our Supreme court.

That is why we need to leave the ECHR , our courts said it's OK but they have precedence over our courts so we couldn't deport them anywhere.

Former President of the European Council now Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk has said he plans to suspend the right to asylum in Poland , it comes after migrants trying to enter from Belarus killed a border security guard and have become more violent in their attempts to enter his country , the decision is yet another challenge to the EU.

Warsaw has accused Belarus and Russia of “hybrid warfare”, directing the flow of migrants towards the European Union in a bid to destabilise the bloc. Both countries deny this.

When the migration crisis began in August 2021, in that month alone, eight times as many people tried to cross the border illegally than had attempted to do so in the whole of 2020. Dozens continue to attempt to cross the border daily.

Tusk said he would present the new migration policy at a government meeting on 15 October.

“One of the elements of the migration strategy will be the temporary territorial suspension of the right to asylum,” the prime minister said. “I will demand this, I will demand recognition in Europe for this decision,” he added.

Under international law, countries are obliged to offer people the right to claim asylum. Tusk did not say how he would justify the move to his EU partners.

“We know very well how it is used by Lukashenko, Putin… by people smugglers, people traffickers, how this right to asylum is used exactly against the essence of the right to asylum,” he said. “Poland must take back 100% control over who comes to Poland,” he added.

Many of the migrants who cross into the country from Belarus do not stay, instead entering Germany. The trend has prompted Berlin to introduce checks on its border with Poland.

Another good day for convicts as today Secretary of State for (in)Justice Shabana Mahmood opened the gates early for another 1,100 convicts.

Among those to be let out today was Daniel Dowling-Brooks.

The 29-year-old was given a seven-year term for the kidnap and grievous bodily harm of someone who owed his friend money. His release was brought forward by seven weeks.

After being let out, Dowling-Brooks told journalists "big up Keir Starmer" while celebrating with friends and family, in front of a Bentley and Mercedes G-wagon - both of which cost more than £100,000.

He said the first thing he would do was "go to McDonalds, go to my hostel and follow all the rules".

Nice.

On the subject of letting migrants in Scouse youtuber Billy Moore happened upon a little altercation as a "Foreign gentleman" was being confronted by a local lad in Skelmersdale after he had been seen following children , because he loves children.

Fair play Billy , good lad.

Don't know who let him in but he needs to be kicked out of our Socialist paradise.

It will be interesting to see how the starmer regime deals with this MP from Runcorn who punched to the floor and then continued to batter a random member of the public-not stopping until othe members of the public intevened.

The member of the public appears to be non confrontational-with hands in pockets and face turned away at the time of the attack.

Full video here-
www.dailymail.co.uk... CCTV-footage.html

With the caveat that I do not know what was said before the incident-looking at the video and the way the MP continued the violence after the supposed threat was on the floor-I would say this probably deserves a longer stretch in prison than saying some mean words on facebook.

And of course he needs to be fired and Starmer-as his boss-needs to show the country that he finds this unacceptable.
But will that happen?

It's really getting ridiculous now.
One of my friends who also works with me, got home from work on Saturday evening and was severely beaten with bats and what must of been knuckle dusters with points on them.

This happened in the Rochdale area of Greater Manchester.
Luckily the owners of the curry house ran outside and the men ran off. (four of shall we say the minorities were seen running away).
The owners of the curry house helped him up, and even said they had it on cctv as theres a camera outside there takeaway.
He ends up in hospital with head injuries, luckily no bleed on the brain or anything like that, but gashes all over his head and face. Stitches needed in several areas and may have to go to another hospital for skin grafts.
His family phoned the police and even explained what had happened. Suspected racially motivated as he has no enemies that he knows of, white man in his 40's in an area of town where it's mostly non white residents. The police were told that there was cctv footage of the incident and the owners of the curry house said they'd happily let the police see it, but not my friend. The police wouldn't even come out. Instead they gave him a crime number and left it at that.

The thing is, if this would of been the other way around, we are almost certain the police would of made a visit or shown more interest. But they didn't seem interested at all.
He can't even walk properly now or talk right, and I very much doubt he'll be in work for a while now.

It's the second time that I know of that this has happened to somebody, and again like the first time to the other person I know. The Police were not interested. Seems like the government or the police do not want to upset certain communities by making arrests.

Given, I assume, that the person/family member who reported the crime to the Police wasn't an actual witness to the crime their opinion that it was racially motivated would be irrelevant until such a time as a victim statement could be taken. As would the opinion that he has no enemies.

Unless there is immediate or imminent danger the Police will prioritise the offense and it's investigation.

If your friend's family were not informed what the "next step" was going to be, they need to call back, quoting the crime number particularly so that they can ensure that the CCTV footage is being secured. It would also be worth contacting the curry house owners to request that they retain the footage until the Police can retrieve it. I recommend providing the necessary usb or whatever required yourself, I have never once known a PC come properly equpped in that respect.

They might also want to check whether statements have been taken or at least arranged to be taken from the curry house bearing in mind that some people say that they will co-operate in the heat of the incident but back down later for other reasons. Fear of Police. Threats from local gangs, organised crime. Employees want to help, employer does not. There is always a bigger picture that is seldom as black and white as being simply about race, and your friend could just have walked into the middle of something he doesn't understand.

Everytime they speak to the Police they should ensure they note the time and date as well as the collar number of the officer that they spoke to. Other than the Duty Sargeant, they keep their own notebooks, and naturally, work shifts. Keeping a record of the who, when and where helps them to help you or for you to call them out when they don't.

I would direct your friend and his family's attention to the following .gov.uk page which very helpfully, and in plain English explains the rights of victims of crime and their expectations when reporting a crime including how to complain.

Judging from your post, I suspect it is more likely due to a lack of experience with the Criminal Justice System coupled with a lack of understanding as to how it works generally. Minority communities, having dealt with systematic and institutionalised racism in the Police forces, CPS and CJS through the 50s to the 1980s and in some cases still in need of weeding out, have obviously far more experience and are better educated in how to exercise those rights.

Everyone in the UK should be aware of what Mr and Mrs Lawrence had to go through to get any semblance of justice for the racially motivated murder of their son Stephen and can learn from it. Your friend, the Police, CPS and CJS included.

We prefix "rights" with "exercise" for a reason

The Attacker who murdered the little girls at the daycare center in Southport-whose vile acts led to the UK riots-has today been further charged with...

The suspect in the Southport murders was today charged with making the deadly poison ricin.
Axel Rudakubana, 18, has also been charged with having a study of a terrorist manual after one was found at his home, police said.

This was another jihadi terrorist.
We were told there was no links to terrorism.
That seems to have been exposed as a lie.
