Well if they can stay in the ECHR and ignore it, why can't we?
What of the children?
here's a better question, what of the British children who's lives are going to be made much worse by importing these people wholesale like this? No one is thinking about them, are they?
There is only one way and that is deport them to their original countries.
Warsaw has accused Belarus and Russia of “hybrid warfare”, directing the flow of migrants towards the European Union in a bid to destabilise the bloc. Both countries deny this.
When the migration crisis began in August 2021, in that month alone, eight times as many people tried to cross the border illegally than had attempted to do so in the whole of 2020. Dozens continue to attempt to cross the border daily.
Tusk said he would present the new migration policy at a government meeting on 15 October.
“One of the elements of the migration strategy will be the temporary territorial suspension of the right to asylum,” the prime minister said. “I will demand this, I will demand recognition in Europe for this decision,” he added.
Under international law, countries are obliged to offer people the right to claim asylum. Tusk did not say how he would justify the move to his EU partners.
“We know very well how it is used by Lukashenko, Putin… by people smugglers, people traffickers, how this right to asylum is used exactly against the essence of the right to asylum,” he said. “Poland must take back 100% control over who comes to Poland,” he added.
Many of the migrants who cross into the country from Belarus do not stay, instead entering Germany. The trend has prompted Berlin to introduce checks on its border with Poland.

Among those to be let out today was Daniel Dowling-Brooks.
The 29-year-old was given a seven-year term for the kidnap and grievous bodily harm of someone who owed his friend money. His release was brought forward by seven weeks.
After being let out, Dowling-Brooks told journalists "big up Keir Starmer" while celebrating with friends and family, in front of a Bentley and Mercedes G-wagon - both of which cost more than £100,000.
He said the first thing he would do was "go to McDonalds, go to my hostel and follow all the rules".

His family phoned the police and even explained what had happened. Suspected racially motivated as he has no enemies that he knows of, white man in his 40's in an area of town where it's mostly non white residents. The police were told that there was cctv footage of the incident and the owners of the curry house said they'd happily let the police see it, but not my friend. The police wouldn't even come out. Instead they gave him a crime number and left it at that.

The thing is, if this would of been the other way around, we are almost certain the police would of made a visit or shown more interest. But they didn't seem interested at all.

He can't even walk properly now or talk right, and I very much doubt he'll be in work for a while now.

It's the second time that I know of that this has happened to somebody, and again like the first time to the other person I know. The Police were not interested. Seems like the government or the police do not want to upset certain communities by making arrests.
The suspect in the Southport murders was today charged with making the deadly poison ricin.
Axel Rudakubana, 18, has also been charged with having a study of a terrorist manual after one was found at his home, police said.
