and you have to hire 100 people, and all of the people you interview are equally qualified,
how many of them should be Black and how many should be White for there to be Equality and Diversity in that group of employees?
There are people who can't understand this.
Some people even think that Diversity is No White people.
It's a very simple Math problem, but some people can't figure this out.
What do you think the answer is?
