Looks Like France Have Elected far-left La France Insoumise Party - National Rally 3rd

As the old British football saying goes , they was robbed.
After National Rally won last weeks round the left fixed the game , the Socialist Party, Les Ecologistes, the French Communist Party, Generations, Place Publique, and several other left-leaning parties and groups formed an alliance to beat Marine Le Pen's National Rally , France now has a Far Left governing party who as yet has no leader.

“We’re sad, disappointed, struck down by this result” said Rosa, a National Rally supporter as she clung to a French flag in one hand and a dwindling glass of champagne in the other.

“We’re victims of a dishonest alliance led by Macron to stop us from power”.

She was drowning her sorrows at the party headquarters, where there was stunned silence as the projections came through that showed the Rally had fallen far short of expectations, comprehensively beaten into third place

France is lost (so is the UK it seems). Interesting how Le Pen was originally so far ahead and it was a big upset, and then voila, in the 11th hour the far left comes out ahead. Sounds pretty familiar actually...

Depends on which side of the argument your on I guess but as a neutral a cobbled together alliance of Left wing parties to beat another party is a bit dubious , it's also going to cause them problems as there are so many different factions in the alliance it's unlikely to be stable.

so far none has spoken of fraud. the french are a political people, they vote mainly for rational reasons and not on the basis of the crazy theories of some faceless internet-warriors.

Where have we seen that before, hmmmm, just can't seem to.. oh yeah. About all the places that ARE left wingers work that way now. I think the pattern is set and we can focus on how long they can be allowed to steal things that give them power over mankind?

As Goretex stated "Cobbled together". That was done by the real fascists. Right leaning means less gov leaning. Le Pen is a less gov type and not Fascists who are after control of all Businesses that compete with their goals. A slightly different model but Communist none the less when the ink is dry. They keep saying Fascism is businesses controlling gov and granted the people controlling gov are using funding made in the banking/finance/business world that is designed to control the competition. In so doing they control the companies that sell us food and are likely abusing us now.

what is the point of a radical right-wing policy in a multicultural and multiethnic country? the result reflects exactly that. the political right-wing spectrum belongs to a democracy, but as a government it won't work in a globalized world, unless you do it like north korea, but nobody wants that either.

The only problem I have with thinking that is it is true but the people doing it are the ones claiming to be against it in our elected officials. I was born poor and had to work hard to even be able to go to college. I lived in a mixed neighborhood when bussing was brand new but was already going to school with non whites. We got along after we were around each other too. It was awesome by the time we were Sr's in HS to see how we were just all having fun together in activities or sports. No hate. So, along comes the race baiters to mess up and divide. It is up to us to get to know each other and find a way to avoid these monopolies taking us over while our politicians give them love.

In America I think the folks aren't voting that way as it seems with the "official voting results" reported, but the a holes stealing it are saying we did and are now ramming perverted things to our children and BS down all our collective throats.
