Both candidates have things they will say during their opening statements. Biden will use fear-mongering WHAT IF's, when describing a President Trump. Trump will address the actual damage to Americans (high prices, deaths caused by illegals, etc.) that has been enabled and caused by President Joe Biden.

Yeah they’re called facts. That’s all T needs to do is hit him with all of his constant failures. The Border, drug OD’s, inflation, gas n energy, illegals killing citizens, increased crime, states and cities going broke, Afghanistan, lack of promised infrastructure building, women and children being sold into the sex and labor markets, forced lost jobs during COVID, forcing women to share bathrooms with males, forcing women to compete with men, pornography in schools, etc…. There’s so many things T can throw at Joey that are undeniable and indefensible that 💩 4 brains has done since taking office.

I think T should bring a Dr with him and ask him on live TV if he’s willing to submit to a drug test after the debate. That alone would rock Jotatos world and make him stumble. I think it’s safe to say he’ll be doped up on something.

Joe Biden should have been Prepared to Lead the Nation.

Good point(s). Also President Biden wants to be closest to the bathroom during the debate. A non-surprising choice, after "winning" the CNN coin-flip...

Given how much former President Donald Trump loves to get the final word in on any issue, one would assume that President Joe Biden would cherish the chance to strip his predecessor of getting a last word in, especially in a debate setting.

One would assume wrong.

According to CNN, which will host the first debate, Biden won a crucial coin flip ahead of the June 27 debate.

The coin, which turned up tails, gave Team Biden the option to choose between either podium position or the order in which closing remarks are delivered.

The incumbent, apparently, opted to lock in his podium position — a seemingly far lesser advantage than choosing the order of closing statements.

CNN noted that, due to his selection, Biden will now appear on the right side of the debate stage to viewers, while Trump will occupy the left-side podium.

Since Joe Biden's attacks on candidate Trump (verbal and DOJ) are having no negative impacts, it's best if Donald Trump does just what you suggest, which is STAY ON OFFENSE. Defense is not needed...ignore Biden's attacks.
