Looking For An Old UFO Video With A Guy Who Had A Large Badge or Similar On His Forehead !

I just cant remember if it was an American or UK made documentary but I suspect it was probably a USA made one as there were very few UK made UFO docs out here at the time on VHS.
As for why, this was way before the internet and frankly I have never forgotten this guy with the object on his forehead. It really is that simple but I do really appreciate your replies and efforts to help me.
