Looking For An Old UFO Video With A Guy Who Had A Large Badge or Similar On His Forehead !

Yes its as weird as it sounds. It was on an old VHS UFO documentary tape from the 80's or 90's and a guy on it claimed to be able to speak to aliens or something.
But what I remember most was this bearded guy who had a huge round disc on his forehead (not dreaming this up).
I had no idea what it was, its purpose or who he was but just wondered any of you guys remember him ?

Absolutely not Stargate as I was never a fan so never watched it but its definitely a similar thing but it was a UFO documentary on VHS from the 80's or 90's.

it was like a dark black or brown round stone with symbol on it. Just cant remember any more.

Oh yeah, it's in the back recesses of my memory too, so it's either cult or obscure.

Could it have been the Uranians?

Well it was a UFO documentary on VHS tape which i saw late 1980's / early 1990's in the UK.
The guy was featured in it possibly as part of a regression sequence. The thing on his forehead was round, dark brown or black (not skin coloured like Stargate) with a symbol, 2 inches in diameter and maybe made of stone ?
He was talking to someone about UFO's and communication with aliens as part of the documentary. I really cant remember any more but I have never forgotten it.
I have busted my brain this weekend searching and I gave my UFO VHS collections many years ago. Sorry I cant be more helpful.

I hate to pull a Colombo on you…but you saw the documentary in the U.K. and that’s fine …but was it with British accented people in the documentary or American English accented people? Or any other country accented race of people.

Documentaries are produced all over as you know.
