I believe he will end many of the Constitutional, just judicial, separation of powers, and democratic parts of the American system and will mismanage things like he did last time, but will claim for himself things that he could not possibly have done, and will blame all others for the consequences of the stuff he has done.

He will seek to negate and undermine electoral process and instead of increasing electoral security and assurance, will challenge it on legal and public opinion fronts to negate electoral outcomes.

Perhaps he will try and confuse things by trying to legitimize 'alternate' electoral colleges and probably even alternate 'congresses'?

He will continue to try and wrest budgetary fiscal control away from the US Congress.

Perhaps he will declare martial law over a threat to his power (but not a threat to the USA).

I mean. the 'Red Caesar' has to break eggs, doesn't he, or someone else will claim the role?
