Not again! This is truly a sad story that I just found out about earlier this evening. This cannot be coincidence imho.

On May 30, 2024, Wabash Valley Produce (considered to be the largest free-range chicken facilities in the country) went up in flames. No people were in the buildings when the fire began, and according to articles...seems that just the buildings that housed the chickens were burned to the ground, but not some of the other buildings on the property.

Various Articles state that 27 fire departments responded to the 5-alarm fire to help put out the blaze. So far, I couldn't find any updates on what the company plans to do going forward, but it does appear that the cause of the fire is under investigation.

What I found interesting is that Farina, IL is considered a village and as of 2024 there are only about 532 people living there!

One tin-foil hat thing I found within this story is that Jerome Frank Seger was in the Skull & Crescent club during college. After he graduated, he returned home to Indiana and joined his father in family business interests which later included the founding of Wabash Valley Produce.

**I think there used to be a thread on ATS keeping track of all the fires of food production facilities recently, but I couldn't find it/any. So if this thread needs to be moved, just let me know.

That is a lot of chicken dinners that got cooked to a crisp.

I hope they had decent insurance.

Seems strange that so many coops were burn't and not any other buildings. Someone could have been pissed at them and torched all the coops I suppose.

This is so typical of all the food processing plants that have been going up in flames these last couple years. Somebody is really trying hard to make the conditions right to starve millions of people - I cry fowl! Err.... foul. Colonel Sanders is probably rolling over in his grave.

I'll admit I hadn't heard about this story, even though it's not far from where I live. And I try to keep a-breast on stories such as these these. Somebody that would do this to these poor, defenseless critters is nothing but a chicken _ _ _ _.

It must have smelled wonderful. Flame grilled!

Actually, if it was really free-range, why didn't the chickens run outside?

Probably was only the article writer using 'trigger words' to pep up the story.

My tin foil hat theory is based around the recent wave of bird flu.

I wonder if there’s a different insurance payout on a force culling vs burning down of the property (without declaring bird flu outbreak).

One could argue that the bird flu in itself is part of the conspiracy… but I’d counter with 1.2 “free range” in one building.

Chickens in the industrial coops have to be given a lot of antibiotics to stave off inevitable infections from close proximity. We all know that the overuse of antibiotics can create super strains, not to mention flu is a virus that doesn’t care about antibiotics.

How can a field filled with chickens burn up like you see in the photo here? www.nbcchicago.com...

It's all fenced in....I guess many of the chickens were still salvageable for Popeyes and Kentucky Fried Chicken diners. They were likely processed 24/7 until the last edible carcass was frozen for shipping.

'Free range' means they aren't kept in individual cages like past eras; they're in large structures and packed wall to wall to 'free range' within the confines of the four walls outside walls.

I posted about the largest frozen food processing plant in Washington state burning to the ground last month. Bessides the loss to the food supply, there's also a loss of jobs that never seems to get mentioned.

If you read the article, the reporter did not see the fire, and therefore did photograph it. The photo shown is a obviously a generic stock photo of flames, it shows no barns, fields, chickens, or anything identifiable other than flames against a dark background. There is also nothing in the photo that gives any idea of scale.

This is no coincidence. All on purpose . They want us to be controlled 100% by lack of food/restricted options for buying food. Bet the government controlled food plants will be selling only to those with positive social credit scores

This doesn't just apply to politicans anymore you know.

It applies to everything, minus "natural disasters", and obviously human accidents.

After four and a half decades, having been to East, South and Wear Coasts of the USofA and around the world. I'm suspicious of many things, and have learned to be because they cause suspicion.

If it happens, you can get some one, planned it that way.
Or many some ones making it literal conspiracy, by definition.

Stories like this should be shared wide & near, because it is very clear that there is a pattern of destruction afflicting various food production plants around the USA. They seem to be a test program for the deliberate destruction of such facilities, preparing for the time when Bill Gates will be the number one 'food producer' in the USA. He currently holds hundreds of thousands of acres of arable land in the USA, and it is likely that he will continue to accumulate even more as time goes by. He will produced materials that can be used for fake lab grown meat, I suspect, as well.

We need a thread which simply lists all of these suspicious fires & other destructive efforts against food production facilities, there have been dozens of them over the past few years. Simply looking at the overall pattern people should be getting seriously irate, petitioning their senators, speaking to journalists, getting this information out there, that SOMEONE is deliberately destroying US food production facilities. It needs to be stopped, and the way to stop the rot, is to shine the light of day upon it, make it plain & clear for all to see. Share the news, get journalists interested in the overall story.

If this was going to be an issue there would be indicators everywhere, I can't find any indicators that we should be concerned about supply or even prices going too high. This might affect prices on free range chickens slightly with 189 million chicks placed for meat production, ! million free range chicks is not a devastating loss except for the actual farm

www.usfoods.com...

According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service, broiler growers in the United States weekly program placed 189 million chicks for meat production during the week ending May 25, 2024, up slightly from a year ago

CHICKEN TRENDS - JUNE 7, 2024
Poultry market information is from the week of June 2, 2024.

This week, analysts reported that the markets for jumbo boneless breast meat declined, while the tender and wing markets continued to increase. Analysts expect pricing to be flat to lower for jumbo boneless breast meat through June. They also report that egg sets and placements were up compared to last year, with hatchability and bird health issues still a concern.

BROILER-TYPE EGGS SET IN THE UNITED STATES UP 1%
According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service, hatcheries in the United States weekly program set 246 million eggs in incubators during the week ending June 1, 2024, up 1% from a year ago. Average hatchability for chicks hatched during the week in the United States was 79.1%. Average hatchability is calculated by dividing chicks hatched during the week by eggs set three weeks earlier.

BROILER-TYPE CHICKS PLACED IN THE UNITED STATES UP SLIGHTY
According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service, broiler growers in the United States weekly program placed 189 million chicks for meat production during the week ending June 1, 2024, up slightly from a year ago. Cumulative placements for the weeks ending January 6 through June 1, 2024, for the United States were 4.14 billion. Cumulative placements were up 1% from the same period a year earlier.

WHOLE CHICKEN & CUT-UP PARTS
Analysts report that small bird and larger whole bird overall demand decreased this week, and that pricing has also decreased slightly.

BONELESS, SKINLESS BREASTS & CHICKEN TENDERLOINS
Jumbo boneless breast meat pricing declined this week, while medium and small breast meat pricing remained flat, according to analysts. Spot loads of jumbo breast meat have been uncovered with attractive discounts, they reported. Demand by Further Processors and the Retail segment for all sizes of breast meat has started to decline, they said. Analysts expect the jumbo boneless breast market to be flat to slightly lower through June. According to industry analysts, some processors are being challenged with bird health issues, labor shortages, high fuel costs and transportation issues.

According to analysts, small and jumbo tender pricing increased this week, primarily due to high demand across all segments. They expect these markets to be higher through July. Spot load offerings of jumbo and small fresh tenders have not been uncovered this week, analysts said.

WINGS
Pricing for small, medium and jumbo wings increased this week, according to analysts. Spot loads of jumbo fresh wings are minimal, and pricing is still strong, they reported. Analysts predict that due to medium bird processors taking their bird weights up to a jumbo size, the market will continue to see pressure in terms of consistent fresh medium wing availability. Demand from Further Processors for combo-packed fresh jumbo, medium and small wings remains steady, according to analysts. Very limited spot load offerings of jumbo-sized fresh wings have surfaced and are commanding higher prices, they said.

BONELESS, SKINLESS THIGHS
Analysts report that the boneless, skinless thigh meat pricing has stabilized this week. Spot load offerings of boneless thigh meat are minimal, according to analysts. They have forecasted the market to trend flat to upward through June.

By having these "events" take place, this is like introducing a virus on society as opposed to the body, and this WILL kill people deader than fried chicken, pun intended.

Gotta love those Bilderberger meetings, right? The ones where titans of industries meet all the time and have intimate discussions on ways they'll coordinate a cull of society.

Everyone is doing their part, are you?

Here's Biden's take on it......

President Biden made a gaffe that made it seem that the food shortages were, in fact, planned.

“We had a long discussion in the G7 with the, with both the United States, which has a significant — the third-largest producer of wheat in the world — as well as Canada, which is also a major, major producer, and we both talked about how we could increase and disseminate more rapidly food, food shortages,” Biden said at NATO Headquarters in Brussels on March 24. The video has been removed by Facebook. The transcript of that address has also been altered slightly.

“With regard to food shortages, yes, we did talk about food shortages. And it’s going to be real,” Biden said at a press conference last week in Belgium after attending meetings of NATO and G7 leaders.

The president referred to 8% inflation as “the price of sanctions.”

“Both Russia and Ukraine have been the breadbasket of Europe in terms of wheat, for example, just to give one example,” Biden said.
