A Fulton County judge will allow a co-defendant of Donald Trump in the Georgia election subversion case to continue his effort to access thousands of 2020 ballots.

Floyd’s attorneys are pushing to access more than 500,000 ballots from Fulton County, claiming they intend to produce “evidence” that thousands of votes were improperly excluded from the final vote tally.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee asked Floyd’s attorneys on Tuesday to file additional information to the court in the coming weeks, including the scope of the expert review of the 2020 votes that they’re seeking. McAfee also said he plans to have another hearing within the next two months to discuss the next steps in Floyd’s attempt to access the ballots.

Hypothetically, if the truth happens to turn out that the 2020 election was systematically stolen from Trump, and he becomes the next President, do you think he will do anything about it?

Would he uncover the evidence to prove it and show the public?

Would there be some form of justice for those involved?

If he does get elected, day 1:

- special counsel for investigation into election rigging in the 2020 election
- charge the Biden crime family for racketeering
- charge Hilary Clinton for obstruction of justice and campaign finance fraud.
- charge 51 'intelligence experts' for campaign finance violations
- charge Merchan and Bragg with campaign finance violations

Day 2 he can start on the more widespread charges.

Furthermore , because of recent Revelations , Jack Smith's Appointment , and Every Act he Comitted in this Trump Documents Case is now considered Unconstitutional due to his Unlawful Appointment by Garland . The Next step for Mr. Trump's Lawyers is to Petition the Court to Dismiss this Case Entirely ASAP .

The only thing the judge needs to rule on is whether it invalidates the case.
