Like immunity for doing their jobs that they were hired or elected to do?
Is that what you are saying?

Well the attorneys that push false narratives, hide facts etc. aren't innocent either. And sometimes the judge has to work with what they're given. And the claim 'what we knew at the time' can be completely valid defense against an erroneous outcome.

Sometimes, there's a multitude of corrupt people in a trial. The accuser or the defendant, the witness(s), the police, the attorneys, the judge. One bad link can affect innocent others in the justice chain. And it isn't just the prosecution either. The defense also has their share of lies and deceit.

It's a two headed devil. For sure, justice should be 'just' and void of bias of any sort. As well, all facts and information related to the crime should be available to both parties.

It's fascinating that Americans would vote for the current paradigm, knowing it's making everything worse.

That’s what really needs to be studied by people a lot smarter than us.
How and why is that happening?

Falsifying business records that were clearly too old to prosecute if there was any shred of evidence to support the charges. AND I see it is not one CREDIBLE shred of evidence where there are lot of "shadow of doubt" all over each of the 34 bogus charges IMO>

The court is to assume the innocence and allow a defense to present one none the less. That was the opposite of what was reported. Sit down and shut up was told to the witnesses by this rogue Unconstitutional Judge.

Ironically if Trump does win the election, then Merchan and Bragg may well find themselves indicted for a campaign finance violation.
Merchans and Braggs actions in bringing the charges and in the court can be deemed as nothing other than a campaign contribution to Biden.
6 weeks off the campaign trail for Trump and the provision of the Democrat party talking points for months.
It's worth millions and is most definitely influencing an election.

Yes, that's what can happen when there is corruptness in a trial. It seems there is/was no stopping it. No checks and balances, just plain old complete tyranny of 'justice'. But we all knew Trump was railroaded and fortunately, more and more people are seeing the corruption for what it was.

I sincerely hope Trump doesn't make too much of an ass of himself before the election and turn off a bunch of his newly added base.....or old for that matter. I will vote for him no matter what because he is much better for the country than the current administration, regardless of his off putting personality. Which a lot of people seem to like. Me, not so much. I could overlook his personality a lot easier if he wasn't such a 'TRUMPet' for himself. But I am glad at this time, we have him as a candidate and, VERY glad he hasn't been suicided.

No one is buying the 'look everyone, we're fair' trial of Hunter Biden.
