uh, why this specific change? wont this just shut migration of those that actually want to be here and while doing nothing about the kind of immigrants that might cause problems. plus many will just quit applying and sneak in the illegal way from now on. so what's the point of this?

Ironically he’s going to lose more of his own base than he’ll pick up independents.

Anyone following the last few years know how much damage was done with loose border policy.

After all, Biden never really had supporters. He only worked because some people saw him as not Trump. Biden tried multiple times to have a national campaign and it never got any traction. It’s wild that they tried him the first time, even more wild they’re rolling with him again.

The easiest way for a terrorist to sneak in is to fly into someplace like Cuba. Then fly from Cuba to a random airstrip outside of Miami. Then move where ever needed in the country. IMO.

I slightly disagree.

I agree they are terrible with these short term goals...and they can't think through the consequences.

But we did not get to this place overnight. They have been working on ruining our country for over a hundred years. A 2 steps forward, one step back strategy.

So I don't get it; if the Biden administration is now accepting that his boarder policy over the last few years have failed and now wants to shut down the boarder so that immigration judges can work down their back log .... then why still allow 2,500 migrants to come in each day? Why not stop all entry until Biden fixes his problems?

There are caveats after the 2500 that allow everyone else in.

It's smoke and mirrors.

What a joke, still allowing 2,500 illegals to enter a day. That should be ZERO. Democrats have already allowed 20 million to enter in the past 4 years.
