Looks like they're making President Biden sign one or more Executive Order(s) addressing The Border !!

Something about "being able to" delay asylum processing if there's an overload happening !!

So why now all of a sudden?

Biden quashed dozens of Trump EOs that were probably working but not the ways NWO Democrats wanted as we now know.

This will happen today at 2pm EST (maybe).

Good bets this will NOT address illegal crossings at non ports of entry.

Nor will it address the smuggling and trafficking routes going unchecked.

This could also be a ruse designed to allow the courts to stop the action, perfect for whiny Democrats crying failure! 😊

So what will they do with thousands of Migrants when this "shutdown" starts?

Will Migrants be on U.S. Soil or will they be forced to stay in Mexico?

Biden prepares an order that would shut down asylum if a daily average of 2,500 migrants arrive

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House is telling lawmakers that President Joe Biden is preparing to sign off on an executive order that would shut down asylum requests at the U.S.-Mexico border once the average number of daily encounters hits 2,500 between ports of entry, with the border reopening only once that number declines to 1,500, according to several people familiar with the discussions.

The impact of the 2,500 figure means that the executive order could go into immediate effect because daily figures are higher than that now.

The Democratic president is expected to unveil the actions — his most aggressive unilateral move yet to control the numbers at the border — at the White House on Tuesday at an event to which border mayors have been invited.

However, the migrants killing and maiming Americans are not registering at the Southern Border...or any other US Border. They are allowed to come in due to Biden cutting back on Border patrol robustness. He will go to prison for those damages to American families, if the Supreme Court rules correctly this Spring/Summer.

I guess the polls positively show that Biden's open border policy was not working to brainwash the public. So now they want to make it appear they are concerned, which is nothing but a political ploy to get more people to vote for Biden. Now anyone with a brain would know that letting in a lot of illegals was not a good idea...Oh yeah, Biden has no working brain, he is just a parrot that now repeats what he is told. He can still talk...many parrots talk.

We need a real leader for this country, not a bird brain. I wonder if they allow real parrots in the White house these days, people there might realize the parrot is smarter than Biden...so I doubt it.

Now, this post is supposed to be comedy, I am probably on enough lists already so I have to make sure to say this. I do not want to be the record holder of people on government lists. I am not impressed with record holders in anything, I am not in competition with the record holder who messes up things all the time. I will let a guy named Joe hold that record.

Ironic part is he used the same strategy with his executive order as Trumps “Muslim ban”. Trumps got shot down in the courts because of how US asylum law is.

So my guess is Biden and the left used this strategy to look like they were doing something knowing it will get shot down. Then they’ll blame the people who appointed those judges, which may be the right.

They had years to address this and did nothing. Now they’re pulling a stunt and are going to cry foul when it “doesn’t work out”.

The six months leading into elections are always the worst political theater. Saying something since that bar is already so low I tripped over it.

It’s timed perfectly to give him ammo for the upcoming debates. He knew he’d get crushed on immigration.

Again, too little too late, if this moves the needle at all it’s going to be pissing off his own base by using the same tactics as Trump and Obama. But the real crime is the three years of doing nothing.

Left or right, pro immigration or anti immigration, letting people come across undocumented is a liability on our country and the people who cross. Those people get exploited by everyone through the countries they traverse and even here. I can’t imagine what happens go the women and children, and even if you make it you get a job with zero protections.

It’s a messed up system for everyone involved and the border needs to be handled.

The biden administration is attempting to polish a turd, for those easily distracted by shiny things.

I am thoroughly surprised by this move. WH lawyers must of worked hard to figure out a way to get around the border closing limitations that are currently in place that would pass the test in the courts. And already the ACLU said it would take this to court.

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.

The question here is. Is it a quiet move to stop terrorists from coming into the country?

Way too late to be worried about terrorists on American soil. The FBI knew they were coming across the border in 2023 and Biden did nothing to stop it.
