If Joe really wanted to clean up the image of his party's nepotism and two tiered system, they'll do this in overload. To an equal or greater degree than they do Trump.

Give him the punishment you give the poor people with felonious federal gun charges. And then send him to a Leavenworth

Guess all the 2A supporters must be busy atm. I’m sure they’ll be here anytime now to defend Hunter Biden.

Nope. We refuse to defend a pos that broke the laws! If anything we are angry that the biases, of normally anti-gun people are coming out. Why is Hunter so special? The secret service showed up when the gun was reported stolen and of course no record exists for that, how convenient! It's the federal version of a politician calling the local PD to get their kid out of trouble.

what do you conservatives care of the law, when the law gets in your way you completely disregard the rule of law. admit it, you only care about yourselves and # anyone or anything that gets in your way, it was always that way, this is just about petty revenge not the rule of law, what a joke.

By the way his falsifying the firearms forms says tons about any other legal documents he has signed.

Well yeah, being prepared to falsify documents is quite a serious offense if you had a high position, like POTUS, just as a random example. Hunter Biden is just a citizen though.

Besides, kind of hard to legitimately prove someone was on drugs when they signed the form unless they drug tested them or found the drugs on them at the time. Seems like a bs charge to me.

I think I have to agree with you.

Because after last week, you sure know how to identify bs charges.

Obviously a biased judge, a biased prosecutor, a biased jury, and a biased venue.

Am I doing it right?

No, but it does appear to be a felony, with the "possible" punishment for drug use up to 5 years.

Fingers crossed.

It is a felony, but again, one that very rarely lands a layman in prison, let alone rich people.

"Fingers crossed" Explain to me how it would better anyone's life in the highly unlikely scenario that Hunter goes to prison. His dad will still be your president, with the ability to pardon him.

Maybe.

Do you have anything to backup the assertion?

We do know that this is the result of a failure of a sweetheart deal that the judge previously squashed

If you think about it though, it is a rat move to go after Biden’s son like this, like how low can the GOP go? They can’t get Biden for anything so they go after his son with a gun charge because he write a book where he mentioned he had a drug problem. I mean, how many celebrities and famous people have openly talked about struggling with drug addictions? No one’s going after them trying to pin a gun charge on them.

Not even the mob goes after family members, not to mention Republicans are supposed to be all about the 2nd… absolutely shocking.

There’s no evidence whatsoever that Biden had anything to do with what happened last week, but if you were going to entertain the rights conspiracy theories and assume he did… could you really blame him?

Hunter is the sacrifical lamb.
Gets convicted.
'See, we're fair'.
Trial dates perfectly aligning with Trump's and the trial will end before Trump's sentencing hearng.
Scripted.
The talking points are already surfacing in this thread.

He will be pardoned after the election.

You have to hand it to Democrats - they know how to play the game to perfection to manipulate the masses.

They operate like the Mob.
They had volunteers willing to take a fall too when it was beneficial.
Hunter will get his flowers afterwards for being a good boy.

I keep hearing the phrase "Nobody is above the law." When does that apply, which cases? What do you mean they can't get Biden for anything? They got him for absolutely the same thing they indicted Trump for, namely having classified documents, but they failed to prosecute him for some reason. And in Trump's case, he did have legal access to classified documents, whereas "Senator" Biden did not. Shouldn't we change that phrase to "Some people are above the law?" If people can't see that problem, I think they will be blind to any other problems. Such as indicting a former President for something they said he did, but that the statute of limitations had run out and he couldn't be charged with anything anyway. I don't know about other people, but that doesn't sound like "justice."

Not to mention, on any given day, countless methed out, trailer trash Trump voters lied on their form to get a gun. Those same people want Hunter in prison, for... Something.

Or it might be the fact that his dumbass videotaped himself doing drugs, buying drugs from prostitutes, arguing with prostitutes about the quantity and price etc.
They are all timestamped on his own laptops which he forfeited at a computer repair shop because he was too high to remember where he took them.
Here’s a question for you…
Why are the democrats suddenly concerned about protecting this specific drug addict exercising his 2A rights?

Hunter, the degenerate that he is, will also be forfeiting his right to own a firearm, forever.

None of that is admissable in court. Not a single thing on his "LaPt0p".

And I don't give a single sh1t about Hunter Biden, or the outcome of this, because the man owns zero space in my head, and the outcome has zero impact on any of our lives.

Your dear leader Genocide Joe just recently said “nobody is above the law.”
Is it really “nobody” or is it just “nobody except a Biden”?
There’s no such thing as a victimless crime right?

I give zero sh1ts about anyone with the last name Biden, but Hunter is probably going to get the same punishment that numerous people every year get for the charge that he's in court for. A fine and probation.

I am personally against anyone being punished for any victimless crime, for the record.
