Makes sense to me. How many legal cases in this countries history have been won on experts advice or legal loopholes and quagmires. I have never thought that justice should be classified. Being a Democrat doesn't mean you are innocent just like being a Republican doesn't mean you are innocent. Extrapolate that out across race, religion, sexuality, whatever.

“The inadequacy of Defendant’s expert disclosure for Dr. (Elie) Aoun leaves the government in the dark as to what his opinions about the facts of this case will be, thus rendering the government unable to prepare for trial,” Noreika wrote in her ruling.

Makes sense to me, a greater explanation and justification from the defense is a fair request.

The judge also blocked Hunter Biden’s lawyers from using what they thought was a key piece of exculpatory evidence: an altered version of the federal firearms form he filled out when he bought the gun in 2018 that was tweaked in 2021 by the gun store employees.

Though concerning that the store employees tampered with the documents, i really dont see any implication for the charges against Hunter. So, makes sense again.

if he lied on the form about being a crack head, that's on him. just because your a crack head doesn't make you immune to the consequences of your actions whether your a rich son of the former vice pres not.

If that was a true statement,Hunter will be sent to prison.
If it was not true as many suspect-Hunter will walk.

LOL, you don't understand the new normal. It's totally cool to convict someone, and let them know the crime after conviction. Best way to let them know, is the plaster "he's a fellon!" all over the newz, and then not explain the charges or the conviction. Hunter should have pushed for his trial to be before the new rulez change.

Very, very few people have ever served prison time for lying on a 4473. The president's son certainly isn't going to. Probably a hefty fine and some probation, at most.

this will give the left an excuse to cry foul and claim retaliation if Hunter loses.

I think that is being done by certain media outlets with regards to this case.

When you are the kid of a prominent politician who has a hard on for gun control, allowing your kid a pass is a really bad look. It kind of makes it look like there is a two tiered justice system. And we just can't have that.

If they like, they can certainly do that. Besides making life worse for everyone at every chance they are also experts at crying. That being said, he clearly lied. Maybe they can put him in the same cell as Trump. When Old Biden dies I'd pay to be in that cell lol.
