Reading up, this was started by a German NGO. More aimed at the cultures still upholding the Leviticus 15:19 standard. Where we all get demonically overcome and need to be locked in a shed for 7 days. Or more directly, in places without sanitary products, or where girls still stay home out of either inability to manage menstruation, or health problems resulting from lack of hygienic standard. (staph infections/TSS).

This isn't a Biden thing, but Biden will adopt it if it panders to progressive humanitarian things, and DEFINITELY movements that empower women to not feel stigmatized by outdated views.

I agree, and dont get why people are just so upset over this. Why is promoting menstrual hygiene to poor people such a horrific and scary thing? Even in the U.S. menstrual hygiene products are pretty expensive, and education about health and hygiene is still not universal, and theres alot of ignorance involved.

More waste of our tax money.

Now I know it's not just me.

It seemed to start with those Lume (sp?) commercials a few months back. Now I'm seeing more and more TV commercials basically saying, "Ladies, and gentlemen too, your crotch stinks. Try this." Honest to God, I was just talking with a friend about this yesterday morning.

I'm watching Perry Mason, is this really the best program to advertise this? Shouldn't these commercials be targeting the reality TV crowd instead of weirdos like me who enjoy classic TV?

I don't know what's going on, but my conspiracy senses are tingling. First, Maidson Avenue seems obsessed with telling people their crotch stinks, now government is getting in on it. My first instinct is to tell other people, "If you don't like how my butt smells, get your nose out of it." But I'm pretty sure that will get me labeled as some kind of -phobe in the near future.

Just remember, you heard it here first. These smell good products probably contain some poison that damage reproductive abilities. Now, I have to take off my tin foil hat and get a shower.

We don't need tax payer money spent, and politician time spent, on telling women that we menstruate. We already know we do. No need to bring attention to it. No need to spend time on it. It's a fact of life that humanity has known about for hundreds of thousands of years. Having an 'awareness day' for menstruation is retarded. There is no other word for it.

Men in general are pretty clueless. Not just about menstruation but women's anatomy in general. Remember that one Republican politician that thought the vagina was connected to the stomach?

Also, if you read the article, it sounds like the whole reason behind this was to raise awareness for businesses. This is a Department of Labor thing.

Are there any days that a democrat likes to work? I'm guessing the answer is no. We should make every day a holiday for them so they'll quit #ing this country up. When Trump wins, he really needs to go in and remove all of the useless federal positions (which is about 70%) we tax payers are forced to pay for, which provide zero benefits for us.
