Guilty verdict.

Even though they cannot clearly articulate what law Trump broke, what crime he committed, he's bad and HAS to be guilty of something, so this is the only opportunity to punish him for being bad about something.

Probably hooker pee.

It's not about the law, he's guilty! Now watch them try to push through law that convicted felons can't run for president.

Love Trump or hate him, these bogus charges and politicized kangaroo courts make us look no different than the
crookedest of banana republics.

It won't be a law.

It'll be an Executive Order signed by Biden.

The jury already decided he was guilty before they even started the trial.

And the Biden donating judge decided to be biased in favor of the prosecution from the start.

Trump will be found guilty.

There is ZERO chance that this is a fair trial and there is ZERO reason for this trial to even be taking place.

Such a law would be unconstitutional and struck down by the SCOTUS. And I think SCOTUS would do so quite quickly.

I would hope but the left are going after those judges now too, so who knows what clown world will produce for us today.

The left has been going after them for a few years now. It doesn't seem to have affected their decisions.

I applaud the SCOTUS for standing up to the leftist brownshirt Nazi tactics.

That's what she said.
Sorry. Just couldn't resist.

On topic - The whole goal of this is to label him a felon and the optics that go with it. He'll win on appeal, but the Liberal MSM will keep calling him a felon, because that's what their viewers want. The Left doesn't really care about the Truth, just what they can convince you is truth.

Why does the jury not get a copy of their instructions?

Hung 50%
Guilty 40%
Not Guilty 10%

The majority of New Yorkers do not like President Trump, and of those people there is a large percentage that despise President Trump. I think you will find that the Jury does not care if this was or wasn't a fair trial and the verdict will come back Guilty. Which will trigger an appeal and that will focus on the 'fairness' of the trail and will overturn the conviction but by then the damage would have already been done because once that verdict is read the Democrat PACs will flood the airwaves with "Trump's a convicted felon" ads. I would be very surprised if the PACs don't already have the Ads ready to go already and are just waiting for the verdict to be read.

Biggest takeaway from these jury instructions:

The case was a house of cards.

I don’t think that will matter at all.
They tried to impeach him twice and have howled about that for years, it didn’t matter.

Everyone with more than 3 functioning brain cells knows this trial is a sham no matter what the verdict will be.
It’s going to backfire on the Dem losers spectacularly.

Everything hinges on just how bad the jury instructions are. If they are even remotely fair I don't see a guilty verdict. Now if the jury instructions are as bad as I think they'll be the best case he gets is a hung jury. Obviously this would be won on appeal which they know...but by the time an appeal goes through the election is over and it won't matter.

I think you're forgetting that there's a swath of voters that doesn't pay a whole lot of attention to these things. Polling has shown there's a small proportion of voters who are undecided on whether or not these cases are legit. A jury coming back with a guilty verdict could very plausibly make up their mind that the cases were legit.

Anyone smart enough to be considering voting for Trump will be smart enough to investigate the circumstances and facts of the trial and be able to determine it was a sham after even a cursory review of it.

Biden has done such a piss poor job, people are turning away from him in droves.
Couple that with the fact that even his most ardent supporters can barely muster a half assed defense of him on any issue, that spells trouble for the Dems and they know it.

Edit - Also consider that the people that are turning away from Biden’s dumpster fire are not likely to announce they will vote for Trump for fear of being attacked by the insane Liberal mob.

I get it's easier to imagine that everyone in the country falls into two or three easily-catagorized buckets, but they don't.

There’s almost no way it’s going to be not guilty, the defense haven’t even seriously argued for a not guilty verdict, since they really don’t have anything to work with.

Way to much evidence against Trump to indicate he knew and helped plan the payments as ‘legal fees’. But there’s a good chance there will be a rogue jury or two who’ll say it wasn’t proven beyond reasonable doubt… so either guilty or hung jury.
